摘  要：随着社会经济环境的变化和信息技术与网络技术的快速发展，财务信息系统的广泛应用使企业的生存环境发生巨大的改变。网络的发展，信息通讯等技术的创新，人们对传统意义上时间和空间认识发生了变化，财务管理环境发生了很大改变，财务管理不可以再仅限于一个企业、一个地区，要对全球经济变化趋势进行剖析，及时掌握和运用相关的信息技术。网络信息技术的发展同样对证券市场带来了很大影响，企业的财务管理需要做出相应改革，最重要的是企业财务管理模式的更新。本文以华泰证券为例探讨现代信息技术下财务管理模式的变化以及存在的问题，网络化时代企业必须要以全新的理财观念和现代化的财务管理模式进行理财，要紧随现代化信息技术发展的脚步。传统的财务管理模式要顺应新环境，就要有全新的发展思想，变换传统的财务管理思路，加强知识资产管理，建立网络财务的管理模式等。文章针对出现的问题给予相应的解决措施，展望未来发展。

ABSTRACT： With the rapid development of the change of the social economic environment and information technology and network technology, extensive application of financial information system to change the living environment of the enterprise. The development of network, innovation of information communication technology, people of the traditional sense of time and space changed the knowledge, changed the environment of financial management financial management, can not be limited to an enterprise, a region to the global economic trend analysis, timely grasp and apply the relevant information technology. The pace of the traditional financial management mode to adapt to the new environment, must have the development a new thought of financial management ideas, transform traditional knowledge, strengthen asset management, establishing the network financial management mode.
