一校一品背景下东城小学击剑运动项目培育研究

加大击剑运动在学校体育的开展力度,使击剑运动融入学校体育教学,更多的学生学习击剑课程,真正的做到全校普及击剑运动。


摘要:本论文研究通过问卷调查、文献资料和访谈的形式对杭州师范大学东城小学击剑运动项目培育展开调查研究,主要从杭州师范大学东城小学击剑运动项目认知情况、课堂开展情况、击剑队培育情况和项目外部支持开展调查。在调查中发现东城小学击剑队员家长对击剑运动具有较高的支持度、认可度和重视度,击剑运动一定程度上有利于文化课学习,学训矛盾并不突出,校领导高度重视在各方面提供大力支持但针对日常校园活动中的渗透度不足、缺乏队员一体化的培育、管理模式不够健全、合作范围狭窄等问题,提出有由精品社团向体育学科拓展、推进小学、中学、大学一体化培育、拓宽合作渠道、发挥校本课程的作用、完善管理模式等方面发展对策,并建议学校明确学生参与击剑运动的目的做到正确引导、教练员做好学训协调工作、同时运用击剑教学全校普及击剑。

Abstract:This paper study through interview and questionnaire investigation, literature in the form of east side of Hangzhou Normal University elementary school fencing sports foster investigation research, mainly from the east side of Hangzhou Normal University Elementary School fencing sports cognition situation, the classroom situation, the fencing of the project and nurturing external support to carry out the investigation. In the survey, it was found that the parents of the fencing team of Dongcheng Elementary School had a high degree of support, recognition, and emphasis on fencing. The fencing exercise was conducive to the study of cultural classes to a certain extent. The contradiction between school and training was not prominent. The school leaders attached great importance to all aspects. Strong support was provided but problems such as lack of penetration in daily campus activities, lack of integration of team members, inadequate management model, and narrow scope of cooperation were raised. It was proposed that there be an expansion from a boutique society to a sports subject and the integration of primary, secondary and university education Cultivate and broaden cooperation channels, give play to the role of school-based curriculum, and improve management models. We also recommend schools to make clear that students should participate in fencing in order to guide them correctly, coaches do a good job in training coordination, and use fencing to teach schools.
