摘要:BIM技术应用将推动我国建筑行业信息化发展。本文在分析浦江花园建设管理现状的情况下,将应用BIM技术对其在规划、设计、施工以及运营维护阶段产生的问题进行一一优化。在基础理论部分,将详细的阐述BIM起源、含义、特点以及BIM的国内外动态,介绍建设工程管理的概念、特点、内容及方法等。在实际BIM应用部分,首先对传统处理方法进行叙述,然后结合BIM技术,用信息化管理的办法优化以上问题。具体研究问题包括:在设计阶段采用模型可视化的特点来协同各专业出现的矛盾问题。在施工阶段,对土建专业的场地模型进行研究,在碰撞报告、虚拟漫游视频等资料的帮助下,对存在的问题进行优化。在运营维护阶段阶段,结合各专业模型,利用BIM技术虚拟和漫游的特点,对碰撞检查模拟、材料统计模拟和模拟发生紧急情况时人员疏散问题等进行分析。利用定量分析,对比传统方式和采用BIM技术对建设单位与施工单位所带来的经济效益进行统计与分析。最后,结合本课题总结经验及心得,对BIM技术发展提出相关的展望。

Application of BIM Technology in Pu Jiang Garden Construction and Management

Abstract: The application of BIM technology will promote the development of information technology in China's construction industry. This paper analyzes the status quo of the construction and management of Pu Jiang Garden, and will use BIM technology to optimize the problems arising in the planning, design, construction, and operation and maintenance phases. In the basic theory section, I will elaborate the origin, meaning, characteristics of BIM and the dynamics of BIM at home and abroad, and introduce the concepts, characteristics, contents and methods of construction project management. In the actual BIM application part, first describe the traditional processing method, and then combine the BIM technology and use information management methods to optimize the above problems. Specific research issues include the use of model visualization in the design phase to synergize with the contradictions that arise in various professions. During the construction phase, the site model of civil engineering was studied. With the help of collision reports and virtual roaming videos, the existing problems were optimized. In the stage of operation and maintenance, combined with various professional models, using the characteristics of virtual and roaming of BIM technology, the collision evacuation simulation, material statistics simulation, and simulation of evacuation issues in emergencies were analyzed. The use of quantitative analysis, compared with the traditional methods and the use of BIM technology for the construction unit and the construction unit of the economic benefits brought by statistics and analysis. Finally, based on summarizing the experience and experience of this topic, we put forward relevant prospects for the development of BIM technology.
