摘要:本次设计是对天津南港港区总平面布置与沉箱码头的结构设计,在该地区建设码头是为了天津更好的发展,吞吐量的急剧增加,需要建造集装箱码头来解决这些问题。
在本次设计中首先通过对水文,地质条件等因素的分析,考虑到当地有大型沉箱预制场,沉箱施工较短,并且地基基本吻合沉箱结构的适用性。最后通过在重力式码头中进行比选,确定选用重力式沉箱结构。
本次设计总共分成码头总平面布置,装卸工艺,码头结构方案设计比选,结构计算四个部分。
总平面布置包括:布置原则,泊位数的选定,总平面布置及水域和路域的布置。
装卸工艺包括工艺设计原则,设计参数及码头人员确定。
码头结构方案的设计比选中包含了码头结构形式的选择原则及码头个部分拟定尺寸的拟定及验算。
结构计算中主要包括码头结构计算,承载力计算,面板内力计算和配筋计算。
