摘要：当今世界正处于信息化、网络化、全球化蓬勃发展的时代，我国社会也在这一大潮的强烈冲击中，面临重要的发展战略机遇期。作为祖国大家庭的一部分，西藏传统文化也迎来了传承和发展的关键时期。现代化是西藏传统文化加速发展的动因，也是西藏传统文化走向世界的助推器，现代化与全球化有利于西藏传统文化的融合创新，同时也对西藏传统文化带来一些新的冲击和挑战。回顾西藏自治区成立60多年来的巨大变化，可以看到，现代化与全球化对西藏传统社会与文化产生了深刻影响，西藏经济与社会迅速发展，文化产业异军突起，人民物质文化生活和精神文化生活都得到了极大提高。与此同时，西藏传统文化也得到了很好的传承和保护，取得了令人瞩目的成就。但是，面对复杂多变的文化发展环境，如何认清西藏传统文化传承和发展的短板和优势，努力做到文化自觉，不断融合创新，解决发展中出现的问题，在走向现代化与全球化的过程中，促进西藏传统文化又好又快的发展，仍然是西藏未来发展面临的挑战。本文以一名社工专业的藏族大学生的视角，以拉萨市为例，通过查找资料和阅读文献、实地走访等方式，观察和思考西藏传统文化与现代化发展之间的冲击与融合，以更加深入了解西藏现代化，及其对传统文化的影响，并提出自己对西藏传统文化和现代化的关系粗浅思考，希望我的家乡永葆魅力。
