本设计为设计一个日处理污水量为2万m3的污水处理厂,该厂来水主要包括生活污水与以氟化工和冶金业为主的工业废水,但处理按照生活污水来处理。


摘要:本文针对某工业园区的污水处理厂进行工艺设计,设计来水为生活污水及以氟化工和冶金工业为主的工业废水。本设计核心工艺是同心圆一体化改良式A2O微曝氧化沟,将氧化沟、二沉池、污泥回流泵房3大构筑物合建一处,相比传统的分建形式,大大降低占地面积。该工艺所用的氧化沟兼备一体化氧化沟与A2O微曝氧化沟,氧化沟布置在外环,二沉池布置在内测,采用经济高效的微曝系统。在传统A2O的基础上,通过空间调序,将缺氧池置于3大反应池的首端,使回流污泥有完整的厌氧放磷与好氧吸磷过程,从而大大提高了除磷效率。二级工艺处理过后,在传统的污泥浓缩脱水中,本设计还将脱水得到的污泥上清液进行从头循环处理。本设计的另一特点便是,在二级处理的后端设计了紫外线消毒池作为深度处理工艺,以保障处理水能达标。本设计注重处理工艺能达到经济性与高效性的特点。

Design of Wastewater Treatment Plant in the Industrial Park

Abstract: This is one of the processes designing paper about a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park. The incoming water is designed as domestic sewage and industrial wastewater mainly composed of fluorine and metallurgical industries. The core technology of this design is the concentric and integrated improved A2O micro-aeration oxidation ditch, which integrates   three major structures including the oxidation ditch, secondary settling tank, and sludge return pump room. Compared with the traditional form of settlement, the area is greatly reduced. The oxidation ditch used in this process is combined with the integrated oxidation ditch and the A2O micro-aeration oxidation ditch. The oxidation ditch is arranged on the outer ring and the second settling tank is arranged inside the test. The economical and efficient micro-exposure system is adopted. On the basis of traditional A2O, the anoxic pool was placed at the head of the three major reaction pools through spatial ordering. In this way, the return sludge had completed the whole anaerobic phosphorus and aerobic phosphorus absorption process. As thus, it greatly improves the efficiency of removing phosphorus. After the sludge thickening and dehydration, the sludge supernatant obtained by dehydration will be recycle. Another feature of this design is that the UV disinfection canal is designed as an advanced treatment process at the end of the secondary treatment to ensure that the treating water meets the standard. This design focuses on the characteristic that the designed process is economic and efficient.
