摘要:随着工业园的迅猛发展,工业废水和生活污水胡乱排放的现象时有发生。为了改善这一现象,污水厂被不断建成与投运,但污水处理厂在生产运营中,也会对周边环境造成不同程度的污染。因此,本文着重分析讨论分宜工业园区的污水处理厂项目的运营,对其进行环境监测。结果表明,在监测期间,污水处理厂的各项监测因子浓度均符合环境质量标准规定。地表水监测数据结果显示pH平均值为7.52;COD均小于10mg/L;BOD5平均值为1.94mg/L;溶解氧平均值为6.40mg/L;总磷平均值为0.075mg/L;总氮平均值为0.58mg/L;氨氮平均值为0.362mg/L;粪大肠菌群平均值为5200个/L。地下水监测数据结果显示pH平均值为6.95;COD平均值为2.09mg/L;氨氮均小于0.025mg/L;氯化物平均值为2.22mg/L;总大肠菌群平均值为2个/L。大气监测数据结果均小于SO2标准值0.5mg/m3;NO2标准值0.24mg/m3;PM10标准值0.15mg/m3;H2S标准值0.01mg/m3;NH3标准值0.2mg/m3。
With the rapid growth of the industrial park, there have been incidents of industrial waste and sewage dumping. In order to change this phenomenon, the sewage plant is continuously built and transported, but the sewage treatment plant in the production and operation, also will cause different levels of pollution to the surrounding environment. Therefore, this paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of the operation of the sewage treatment plant project in the industrial park, and carries out environmental monitoring. The results showed that the concentration of all monitoring factors in the sewage treatment plant was consistent with the environmental quality standard during the monitoring period.The results of surface water monitoring showed a pH of 7.52. COD is less than 10mg/L; BOD5 average is 1.94 mg/L; The mean value of dissolved oxygen is 6.40mg/L; The mean of total phosphorus was 0.075mg/L; The total nitrogen was 0.58mg/L; The average ammonia nitrogen was 0.362mg/L; The average fecal coliform group was 5,200 /L. The average pH value of the groundwater monitoring data is 6.95. The average COD was 2.09mg/L; Ammonia nitrogen was less than 0.025mg/L; The mean of chloride is 2.22 mg/L; The mean value of total coliform is 2 /L. The result of atmospheric monitoring data is less than 0.5mg /m3 of SO2 standard; NO2 standard value 0.24 mg/m3; PM10 standard value 0.15mg /m3; H2S standard value 0.01 mg/m3; The standard value of NH3 is 0.2mg /m3.

1.1研究目的与意义
随着不同类型的城市污水处理厂的建成与运营,城市污水处理厂在改善城市环境中起到了不可替代的作用,是政府水环境保护工作中最重要的部分。然而,污水处理厂通常又具有大量生活污水集中处理、处理后集中排放的特点,导致其在为城市环境提供保护的同时,又会成为新的点状污染源。经过处理后集中排放的废水以及处理过程中产生的废气重新进入环境中,对排放口周边的环境会造成不同程度的影响,如果经处理后排放的污水水质未能达到排放标准,其对环境可能会造成更严重的破坏。
