NG-2500X自航自升式平台的通道平台的设计及强度校核+CAD图纸

本论文主要研究通道平台的设计及强度校核,以江苏省海门市招商局重工有限公司的160项目中NG-2500X自升自航式作业平台的辅机室为背景,对其进行通道平台的设计及强度校核。


摘   要:当今世界,油气资源无论在民用还是军事战略方面都具有极其重要的意义,海洋中丰富的油气资源开采已然成为当今的热门话题。海洋平台作为海洋油气资源开采必不可少的海洋工程设备,其地位和意义不言而喻,而对其复杂的内部结构进行研究更具挑战性和科学价值。

鉴于海洋平台在海洋油气资源开采中具有不可撼动的地位,研究其舱室中通道平台设计即具有现实重要意义。通道平台合理的设计不仅能提高工作人员的工作效率,还能改善物资运转速度和人员流动速度。基于以上意义,本文将对海洋平台舱室中通道平台设计进行研究。

为了便于有效并切合实际地进行海洋工程平台舱室中的通道平台的设计,本文的工作以江苏省海门市招商局重工有限公司的160项目中NG-2500X自升自航式作业平台为基础,分析其舱室中通道平台的布置,并自行设计出一个舱室中的通道平台。

强度校核是海洋平台设计中的难点和重点,通道平台也理所应当地需要进行强度校核并且校核合格后才能加以运用。本文对强度校核的几种方法做了简要的对比分析,并选择了其中的两种方法对此次所设计的通道平台进行了校核和验证,最终确定了此次设计通道平台的合理性和可行性。

Abstract:Nowadays, oil and gas resources for both civil and military strategy are very important. The exploitation of rich oil and gas resources in the sea has become a hot topic. Offshore platform is an indispensable marine engineering equipment for the exploitation of marine oil and gas resources, and its status and significance is self-evident. It has challenges and scientific values to study its complex internal structure.

In view of the fact that the status of the offshore platform can not be shaken in the exploitation of marine oil and gas resources, it is of practical significance to study the design of the channel platform in the cabin. The reasonable design of the channel platform can not only improve the work efficiency of the staff, but also improve the speed of material movement and the speed of personnel flow. Based on the above significance, this paper will study the design of the channel platform in the offshore platform.

In order to facilitate the design of channel platform effectively and practically, the design work in this paper is based on the NG-2500X Self-propelled Jack-up Platform in the 160 Project at Jiangsu Province Haimen Zhaoshangju Heavy Industry Limited Company. The layout of the channel platform in the cabin is analyzed and designed.

Strength check is a focus and a difficulty in the design of offshore platform. Hence, the strengh check for the channel platform should also be carried out, and only when the strengh check meets requirements, the design can be adopted. In this paper, a brief comparison and analysis for several methods of the strength check is made. Two of them are then selected to check and verify the channel platform of the design, and the rationality and the feasibility of the design of channel platform are ultimately determined.
