Vertical axis wind turbine design

In recent years, the average growth rate of 5% has led to an increase in the contradiction between energy supply and demand. If not adjust to the fossil energy as the main body of the energy structure as soon as possible, is bound to form the earth's fossil heritage of hundreds of millions of years the accumulation of more large-scale mining, consumption, thus will lead to limited fossil energy depletion, a vicious cycle of human ecological environmental degradation, energy and the environment.

China's wind power is late, but it is growing faster. Since the 1990 s, the grid wind power installed capacity increase by about 30% a year on average, by the end of 2014, China's wind power installed capacity of 764.37 mw, scale accounts for 0.17% of the force in China's size, its production accounted for 0.08% of total power. In order to better develop China's wind power generation and realize the positioning of wind turbine, we must study the design and analysis of wind turbine. In this paper, based on the traditional design method of blade design 2 mw wind turbine blades, and generates a 3 d geometric model, then using finite element simulation of blade vibration modal analysis, obtained the vibration frequency and vibration model, in order to prevent resonance structure provides the basis.
