摘要:随着中国各个城市人口和各类产业的快速发展,城市面积和城市空间的迅速增长导致城市面积和空间的迅速增长,导致城市生活垃圾总量的急剧增长,对城市造成了很大影响,危害了城市环境和人民的健康,妥善处理产生的垃圾越来越成为城市可持续发展必须解决的问题之一。因此,城市需要有一种可以减量化、无害化处理垃圾的方法替代这种简易的填埋。采用建造大型垃圾焚烧锅炉处理生活垃圾,对垃圾进行焚烧,一方面,可以大量减少了垃圾填埋,节约土地资源;另一方面,利用了垃圾固有的热值发电,使之变废为宝、节约资源。根据余热回收加热给水产生蒸汽的原理,设计一套余热利用锅炉的汽水系统,产生满足要求的蒸汽;尽量降低排烟温度;设备布置合理,装置效率达到最佳。
