本文的主要工作就是在做海洋平台分段的生产设计的同时,研究精度控制体系的影响因素。


摘   要:为了加快海洋资源的开发与利用,全世界大多数国家开始致力于海洋平台的开发与建造。欧美日韩等一些国家起步较早,在海洋平台的设计上已有一定的研究,同时这些国家的船舶生产技术和模式较为先进,对本国的海洋平台建造有较大的优势。为了使我国的船舶建造水平达到国际先进水平,同时在国际海洋平台市场上占据一席之地,就必须建立一种新的生产体系,涉及设计、工艺、管理各部门,统筹优化全厂的生产体系,同时建立相匹配的精度控制体系,分析与控制船体建造全过程的尺寸精度。

本文的主要工作就是在做海洋平台分段的生产设计的同时,研究精度控制体系的影响因素。船体分段精度控制技术是精度造船的关键,也是我国与日韩等造船强国的差距所在。控制分段精度关键是建立完整的分段精度控制体系。在明确了船体分段精度控制的目标的基础上,根据参考资料和现场实际确定各种典型船体分段的精度标准,提出了分段精度控制基本原理和控制模型。精度控制的核心就是补偿量的加放,在海洋平台的生产设计过程中,计算从下料加工到部件组装,分段散装等过程中可能出现的收缩值,将其运用到补偿量的计算中去,这样将能极大程度的减少现场休整工作量,提高工作效率,降低建造成本,保证产品质量。

Abstract:In order to speed up the exploitation and utilization of marine resources, most countries around the world began to focus on the development and construction of offshore platforms. Europe and Japan and other countries started earlier, in the design of offshore platform has been studied, at the same time these countries ship production technology and advanced mode, offshore platform for domestic construction has a great advantage. In order to make our ship built to reach the international advanced level, and occupy a space for one person in the international offshore market, it is necessary to establish a new production system, involving the design, technology and management departments, and optimize plant production system, and establish the accuracy control system to match the dimension accuracy analysis and control of ship the construction of the whole process.

The main work of this paper is to study a reasonable and effective precision control system while doing the production design of offshore platforms. Ship hull segmentation accuracy control technology is the key to precision shipbuilding, and also the gap between China and Japan, Japan and other shipbuilding powers. The key to control the segmentation accuracy is to establish a complete segmentation accuracy control system. On the basis of defining the goal of hull segment accuracy control, the accuracy standards of various typical ship segments are determined according to reference material and field practice. The basic principle and control model of piece-wise precision control are put forward. Precision control is the core of the amount of compensation is put in production, the design process of offshore platform, calculated from the material processing to the assembly, may appear in the process of the segmented bulk shrinkage value, and applies it to the calculation of the compensation amount to, this can greatly reduce the workload and improve work and rest. The efficiency, reduce the construction cost, ensure the quality of products.
