摘要：霍城县位于祖国西北边陲，新疆天山西段，伊犁河谷西北部的辽阔地带。得天独厚的地理位置决定了霍城县适合种小麦、棉花、玉米、油葵，甜菜等多种农作物，薰衣草等香料作物，苹果，葡萄等果树作物。种子产业是农业最关键的基础产业，是现代农业领域中不可或缺的行业之一。本研究调研了霍城县种业的现状，包括霍城县农业生产现状、种子管理现状、种子生产现状、农作物良种繁育及推广现状和种子企业现状，分析了得到霍城县具有种子生产环境优势和良种繁育技术力量雄厚优势，同时存在品种单一、新品种配套技术研制与推广不够、科研投入少、种业人才缺乏等问题，针对性提出了霍城县种子产业的发展对策：推广良种良法，发展产学研合作模式；大力推进农业产业化工作；加强对种子工作的管理和指导、强化管理、提升种子管理水平；培育种子龙头企业；发展香料作物薰衣草种业。希望这些对策能够加快我县种子产业的发展步伐，增强我县种子公司的综合实力、市场竞争力。

  Investigation and development strategy of seed industry in Huo Cheng County

Abstract: Huocheng County is located in the northwest border of the motherland, in the western part of Xinjiang, and in the northwest of the Ili River valley. The unique geographical location determines Huocheng County is suitable for wheat, cotton, corn, sunflower, beet and other crops, lavender and other spice crops, apples, grapes and other fruit crops. The seed industry is the most critical basic industry in agriculture and one of the indispensable industries in modern agriculture. This study investigated the current status of seed industry in Huocheng County, including the status quo of agricultural production in Huocheng County, current status of seed management, current status of seed production, breeding and promotion of crops, status quo of seed enterprises, and analysis of the advantages of seed production in Huocheng County. The advantages of strong breeding techniques are strong. At the same time, there are problems such as single varieties, insufficient development and promotion of new varieties of supporting technologies, low scientific research input, and lack of seed talents. The countermeasures for the development of the seed industry in Huocheng County are put forward: We will develop cooperation models for production, learning and research; vigorously promote the industrialization of agriculture; strengthen the management and guidance of seed work, strengthen management, and improve the level of seed management; cultivate seed-leading enterprises; and develop the lavender seed industry for spice crops. It is hoped that these measures will accelerate the pace of development of the seed industry in our county and enhance the comprehensive strength and market competitiveness of our county seed company.
