薤白有效成分的提取及功效评价和应用

本实验以薤白为研究对象,在提取前采用酒精浸泡、超声预处理、旋蒸提取,通过单因素试验首先确定了浸泡温酒精浓度、浸泡固液比、超声处理时间、超声处理温度等参数对薤白提取物提取率


摘要: 本课题主要研究了薤白有效成分的最佳提取工艺条件,以中药薤白为原料,对薤白进行酒精浸泡、超声震荡处理后,采用旋转蒸发仪浓缩出薤白提取物中的有效成分。在单因素实验的基础上,以薤白提取物自由基清除率为考察指标,考察浸泡酒精浓度、浸泡液固比、超声温度、超声时间等因素对薤白提取物抗羟基自由基氧化率的影响。并在此基础上对提取工艺进行优化,利用紫外分光光度计观测薤白提取物的紫外吸光度,对实验数据进行分析。结果表明:提取薤白有效成分的最佳工艺条件为浸泡酒精浓度75%、浸泡温度40℃、超声处理30min、液固比4.50∶1,此四种条件下薤白提取物的紫外吸光度最强,抗羟基自由基氧化率最高,即抗氧化性最强。而后将提取物应用到化妆品中,考察产品的稳定性、保湿性和功效性。对薤白中有效成分的保湿、抗氧化和抗菌等功效性进行研究检测。

Extraction and Efficacy Evaluation and Application of Sophora chinensis

Abstract: This topic mainly studies the extraction of effective components from Radix Paeoniae Alba. After the Chinese herbal medicine was used as the raw material, the wolfberry white was subjected to alcohol soaking and ultrasonic vibration treatment, and then the extract in the indole white was extracted using a rotary evaporator. On the basis of single factor test, the UV absorbance of the extract was used as an index to investigate the effects of soaking alcohol concentration, soaking liquid solid ratio, ultrasonic temperature, and ultrasonic time on the ultraviolet absorbance of the extract of Sophora japonica. On this basis, the extraction process was optimized. Ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to observe the UV absorbance of Radix Paeoniae extract and the experimental data was analyzed. The results showed that the optimum conditions for extracting the effective components of Radix Paeoniae Rubra were as follows: soaked alcohol concentration 75%, soaking temperature 40 °C, sonication 30 min, liquid-solid ratio 4.50∶1, and the UV absorbance of Radix Paeoniae Alba extract was the strongest. That is, the highest oxidation resistance. The extract was then applied to cosmetics to examine the stability and efficacy of the product. The moisture, anti-oxidation and antibacterial effects of the active ingredients in Radix Paeoniae Rubra are studied and tested.
