通过在不同温度相同时间对河南巩义产天然斜发沸石进行改性试验,并测得在在相同温度不同时间对改性沸石对模拟废水中氨氮以及总磷的吸附情况。
摘 要:该文介绍了天然沸石的几种主要改性方法,包括热改性、酸改性、碱改性、盐改性、稀土改性和有机阳离子表面活性剂改性。目前我国在发展经济的同时,环境污染也越来越严重,大量的工业废水和生活污水肆意排放,导致水环境质量日益恶化。其中,氮磷是水体富营养化污染的主要影响因素,废水脱氮除磷是预防水体富营养化的重要手段,目前主要以沸石的吸附性来脱氮除磷得到广泛运用。其中本文主要以研究天然沸石在相同时间不同温度下以及同一温度不同时间下对模拟废水脱氮除磷的效果。主要在马弗炉里煅烧,在设置好同一时间,五个不同温度对沸石进行热改性处理,改性后将沸石进行模拟废水的静态吸附试验,通过实验数据的测定,研究改性沸石吸附去除水中氮磷的能力,讨论并分析最佳的实验方案。
This paper introduces several main methods of modification of natural zeolite, including thermal modification, acid modification, alkali modification, salt modification, and organic cationic surfactant modified rare earth. At present our country in economic development, environmental pollution has become increasingly serious, a large number of industrial waste water and sewage discharging, lead to water quality deterioration. Among them, nitrogen and phosphorus are the main factors affecting the water eutrophication pollution of wastewater, nitrogen and phosphorus removal is an important means to prevent eutrophication, mainly in the adsorption of zeolite to nitrogen and phosphorus removal has been widely used. This paper is mainly to study the natural zeolite at the same time at different temperatures and the same The effect of denitrification and phosphorus removal from simulated wastewater at different temperatures.Mainly calcined in muffle furnace, at the same time, five different temperatures were used to heat modify zeolite. After modification, the static adsorption test of simulated wastewater was carried out, and the experimental data were measured.The adsorption ability of modified zeolite to remove nitrogen and phosphorus from water was studied and the optimum experimental scheme was discussed and analyzed.

天然沸石是当今世界各国十分重视的新兴非金属矿产资源,它以优异的吸附、离子交换性能正越来越广泛地被应用在“三废”治理中。
