摘要:目的:研究不同水氮组合对菘蓝幼苗的生长及生理生化指标的影响,以期探索适合菘蓝生长的水分与氮营养,为菘蓝栽培的优质提供理论依据。方法:采用二因素裂区试验设计,水分处理为主区,设计为正常供水W0、轻度淹水W1、中度淹水W2,氮营养为副区,设计为氮素缺乏N0(0 mmol·L-1)、低水平供氮N1(5 mmol·L-1)、中等水平供氮N2(15 mmol·L-1)和高水平供氮N3(25 mmol·L-1),12个组合,测定菘蓝幼苗的生长量、叶绿素、光合参数、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸含量,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。结果:短期淹水处理配合充足的氮营养能够提高菘蓝幼苗的光合作用效率及抗氧化酶活性。淹水处理及高氮处理能提高丙二醛与脯氨酸含量。结论:在栽培生产中,短期内对菘蓝进行适度的淹水并配合充足的氮营养,有利于菘蓝的生长。

Effects of water and nitrogen interaction on growth and physiological and biochemical indexes of Isatis indigotica seedlings
Abstract:Objective: To provide the theoretical basis for cultivation of lsatis indigotica, the effects of different combinations of water and nitrogen on growth and physiological and biochemical indexes of l. indigotica seedlings, were studied so as to determine the moisture and nitrogen nutrition for the growth. Methods: Using the two factor split plot design, water treatment for the advocate area, nitrogen nutrition for the sub area.Water treatment was designed for normal watering W0, mild flooding W1 and moderate flooding W2. Nitrogen nutrition was designed for nitrogen deficiency N0 (0 mmol L-1), low nitrogen N1 (5 mmol L-1), the middle level of nitrogen N2 (15 mmol L-1) and the high level of nitrogen N3 (25 mmol L-1). Testing growth, chlorophyll, photosynthetic parameters, malondialdehyde (MDA), proline content and enzymatic activity including superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT), activity index. Result:Short term flooding treatment with sufficient nitrogen nutrition can increase the efficiency of photosynthesis and increase the antioxidant enzyme activity of Isatis indigotica. Water treatment with high nitrogen treatment can improve the content of MDA and proline in order to adapt to the stress. Conclusion: In the cultivation and production, moderate flooding on Isatis indigotica in the short term and with sufficient nitrogen nutrition is conducive to the growth of Isatis indigotica.
