‘金傲红’作为‘金傲芬’的芽变品种,在果皮颜色、大小、果重、果实内在品质等方面表现出优越的性能,并且通过了《无花果新品种DUS测试指南》的新品种鉴定
摘要:【目的】研究无花果品种‘金傲芬’与其芽变‘金傲红’的差异性,探讨新品种‘金傲红’在生产上推广的可能性。【方法】 探究‘金傲芬’、‘金傲红’叶片叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)、叶绿素荧光快速诱导曲线(OJIP)、820nm光吸收曲线以及果实品质的差异性。【结果】(1)叶片上,‘金傲红’托叶花青素含量比‘金傲芬’高出43.9%,但JIP-TEST显示‘金傲芬’叶片光和性能优于‘金傲芬’;(2)果实外观品质上,‘金傲红’单果重比‘金傲芬’增加20%,干果重比‘金傲芬’增加33%;‘金傲红’果皮呈红棕色,‘金傲芬’果皮呈黄绿色;‘金傲红’果形近球形;‘金傲芬’果形为卵圆形;果实内在品质上,‘金傲红’果实的可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、可滴定酸含量分别高出‘金傲芬’12.66%、13.19%、72.37%,差异显著。而‘金傲红’果实的维生素C含量低于‘金傲芬’36.82%,差异显著。两者果肉花青素、可溶性蛋白含量无显著差异。(3)DUS测试显示,‘金傲红’可作为无花果新品种进行登记。【结论】本研究结果为无花果新品种选择提供依据。

Difference Analysis of Fig ‘Jinaofen’ and Its Bud Mutant ‘Jinaohong’
Abstract: 【Objective】The research aimed to study the differences of fig (Ficus carica L. cv ‘Jinaofen’) and the bud mutant ‘Jinaohong’. 【Method】The differences in photosynthesis of leaves and fruit quality were compared in ‘Jinaofen’ and ‘Jinaohong’ in this work.【Result】 (1) As for stipule of leaves, ‘Jinaohong' contained 43.9% anthocyanin more than ‘Jinaofen’, but JIP-TEST showed that the photosynthetic performance of ‘Jinaofen’ leaves was better than ‘Jinaofen’; (2) As for fruit appearance quality, the single fruit weight of ‘Jinaohong’ increased by 20% compared with ‘Jinaofen’, the dried fruit weight increased by more than 33%. The peel of ‘Jinaohong’ is reddish brown and the peel of ‘Jinaofen’ is yellow-green. Jinaohong's fruit shape was subglobose while Jinaofen's was oval. As for fruit internal quality, Jinaohong's soluble solids content, soluble sugar content and titratable acid content were 12.66%, 13.19%, 72.37% higher than Jinaofen's, showing significant difference. However, the content of vitamin C in fruits of Jinaohong was 36.82% lower than Jinaofen's, showing significant difference. And there was no significant difference in anthocyanin and soluble protein content of flesh.(3) DUS test showed that 'Jinaohong' can be registered as a new variety of figs.【Conclusion】This study provides the basis for the new variety choice of fig.
