残积土地层中地铁盾构施工中推进参数合理配置研究-相关性统计分析

液性指数与总推力的变化趋势大致相同,与刀盘扭矩的变化趋势大致相同,与刀盘转速的变化趋势大致相同,与掘进速度的变化趋势大致相反。


摘要: 盾构法是将盾构机推进地面,通过盾壳和扇形片支撑围岩,防止隧道塌方的发生,同时采用切割装置挖掘土体,通过钻孔机从孔中运输,用千斤顶顶起后部,组装预制混凝土段,形成隧道结构的机械化施工方法这一点。但是无法避免的是,盾构机经常需要在软土地基下进行施工,这就可能会遇到很多难题,掘进速度、刀盘扭矩、盾构机的推力,刀盘的贯入量及刀盘的转速都有可能成为制约它的因素,从而影响到施工进度。本课题旨在分析软土地层中盾构机选型和盾构推进过程中参数控制相关问题,并通过深圳地铁5号线民治站至五和站区间具体工程案例进行相关性统计分析,提出软土地层中掘进速度、刀盘扭矩、盾构机的推力,刀盘的贯入量以及刀盘的转速的合理配置,以达到盾构机平稳掘进,减少对地层的扰动。

Research on Rational Arrangement of Propulsion Parameters in Construction of Metro Shields in Residual Strata - Correlation Analysis

Abstract:The shield method is to advance the shield machine in the ground and prevent the occurrence of tunnel collapse by supporting the surrounding rocks through the shield shell and the segments. At the same time, the cutting device is used to excavate the soil, transport it out of the hole through the unearthing machinery, jack up at the rear by jacking, and assemble the precast concrete segments to form a mechanized construction method of the tunnel structure. However, unavoidable is that shield machines often need to be constructed under soft ground, which may encounter many problems, such as driving speed, cutter head torque, shield machine thrust, cutter head penetration, and cutter heads. The speed of rotation may become a factor that restricts it, thereby affecting the progress of the construction. The purpose of this project is to analyze the problems related to parameter control in shield selection and shield advancement in the soft soil layer, and carry out statistical analysis of the correlation between the Minzhi Station to Wuhe Station section of the Shenzhen Metro Line 5 and put forward a statistical analysis. The ground speed, cutterhead torque, thrust of the shield machine, the penetration of the cutterhead, and the reasonable rotation of the cutterhead are used to achieve smooth tunneling of the shield and reduce disturbance to the formation.
