Design Summary:The design object of this project is the fire control system design of the office building of yingchuang technology and entrepreneurship center, with a total construction area of 25203m2. 18 floors (not including overhead), with a design life of 100 years. The main content of this design are: high-rise building fire safety status quo at home and abroad and the analysis, countermeasures for the prevention and control of high-rise building fire safety, construction general layout and fire prevention design, the safe evacuation design, indoor and outdoor fire hydrant fire system design, automatic sprinkler system design, the fire extinguisher configuration design, building smoke control system design, automatic fire alarm system design.
According to the plan, the space between the building and the surrounding buildings is greater than 13m, so the fire prevention space of the building meets the requirements. The design object adopts circular fire lane.
The project is pided into one fire protection zone for each floor in horizontal direction. There are 19 horizontal fire protection zones. Basements, smoke - proof staircases and fire - fighting elevators shall be pided into smoke - proof zones separately. From floor 1 to floor 15, there are 5 smoke control zones in total, from floor 16 to ceiling, 4 smoke control zones in each floor, and 3 smoke control zones in the roof. The four elevator Wells are pided into four vertical fire zones and two evacuation staircases are pided into two vertical fire zones.
More than 2 safe evacuation entrances and exits are arranged on each floor of the project. The shortest evacuation time of each floor of the office building is 3.9 minutes. And signs fire emergency lighting and evacuation signs.
The fire extinguishers in this project are equipped with severe danger level, and the fire type is class A, and the electrical machine room is class E. MF/ABC5 portable ammonium phosphate fire extinguisher of 5kg is equipped on each floor. The minimum fire-fighting level of each fire extinguisher is 3A and the maximum protective distance is 15m. 1 ~ 15 per layer set up seven fire extinguisher the set point, a 16 layer set up six fire extinguisher the set point, 17 ~ 18 layer on each floor 5 fire extinguisher the set point, roof set a fire extinguisher the set point, the basement set fire extinguisher set of 17 points. Each set point is equipped with 2 fire extinguishers, a total of 278 fire extinguishers are required.
This project relies on the exterior wall smoke prevention stairwell and its front room, fire control elevator front room and combined front room, adopts the natural smoke exhaust method. Over 20 m underground walkway, no direct natural ventilation, mechanical smoke exhaust. The mechanical smoke exhaust volume is 46920m3 /h. The smoke exhaust fan of type 11 of HTF(A) series high-temperature fire smoke exhaust axial flow fan is selected. The air volume under the working condition is 48500m3/h, and the pressure is 690pa. The combined pressure air supply of the anterior chamber is 18547.2m2 /h. HTF(A) series of fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust axial flow fan type 7 is selected for the smoke exhaust fan. The working condition air volume is 18908m3/h, and the pressure is 728pa.
The fire automatic alarm system of this project is designed to protect level 1 and adopt centralized alarm system. The central fire alarm controller is set up in the fire control room or on duty room with special personnel on duty. Smoke detector was selected. The detector's protection area A=60m2, and the protection radius R=5.8m. 1 ~ 16 points on each floor 5 detection area, 17 ~ 18 layer on each floor 4 detection area, the roof is pided into three detecting area, in which each floor of the share room and the smoke prevention stair well before the room have a detection area alone. Number of detectors: 26 on the first floor, 26 on the second floor, 29 on the third to 15th floors, 26 on the 16th floor, 20 on the 17th to 18th floors and 6 on the roof.
