设计总说明

   中国经济迅速增长,国民对当今生活水平要求越来越高,同时,人们对居住环境也越来越重视。根据苏州市的能源使用现状和目前的经济发展水平,从节能的角度出发,对云景科创中心大楼进行设计,旨在设计出一套完整的,完备的适合人们正常活动的系统,同时也要注意节能和舒适。

本设计是云景科创中心大楼空调通风系统设计的下层部分,其中建筑层高4.7m,建筑功能如下:B3-B2层为车库,B1楼为开敞试验厅,1楼包括开敞商业餐厅区、开敞展示区、办公区,2 – 3层包括开敞商业区、开敞办公区。云景科创中心大楼的总建筑面积是34544m2 ,此工程B3-3的建筑面积为14005m2,从建筑图中得知地下三层的总面积为6568m2,地上三层的总面积为7437m2,B3-3层的空调系统总面积为5519m2 ,夏季冷负荷为565545kW。

该建筑B1-3层的空间多为开敞区域,面积较大,使用时间基本一致,人员较多,湿负荷较大565545k,开敞区域可以不单独调节,经过比较分析,全空气空调系统比较满足要求,要满足能将空气处理后送到每个风口,可以使用吊顶式的空调机组,再送入室内,能使房间更舒适。

工程中的地下车库为B3-B2,可运用防排烟系统设计,同时被分为防火分区和防烟分区。防火分区设有机械排烟、机械排风,其中排烟量为6次/时,机械补风排风量为5次/时。一套通风管道系统包括了排风和排烟系统。补风量不小于排烟量的50%。

具体过程如下:进行了第一步的的选型以后,用鸿业软件对每个区域进行了负荷计算,算出夏季的总冷负荷以后,根据相关的要求选择了空调的类型及其设备。新风机组的选型和台数在接下来的内容中有一一说明。

当选好相关的设备以后,进行了新风系统的管路布置,计算了风管的流量、流速和阻力等。接下来再进行水系统的管理布置,设置了相关的膨胀水箱。本系统的供回水是采用两管制供回水。接下来进行水力计算,通过计算以后,我们可以确定管径,也可以确定最不利管路,最后再选择泵的型号。

This project is designed for the second half of The air conditioning system of this commercial building, The height of each layer of its lower layer is 4.7 meters high. Building function is as follows: the B3 - B2 building for the garage,The B1 layer of the building is an open interval, 1 layer to open business restaurant area, open environment and office space, 2-3 layer includes open commercial and open space.The total area of the building is 34544 square meters, of which the B3-3 building area is 14005 square meters. of which three floor underground 6568 square meters, The third floor area of the building is 7437Square meters, its total size measured is 29,482 square meters, the use of air conditioning system to reduce the air conditioning system is used at 8,943 square meters and its total cooling load in summer is 5,322 kilowatts.This design is cooled by two screw refrigerating machines.
