PLC叠合楼板生产线养护窑设计+CAD图纸+源程序

通过运用PLC西门子编程软件,顺利完成了养护窑温度自动控制程序设计并在仿真软件模拟仿真无报错。


摘要:本文主要对立体养护窑设计和开发进行论述,该窑应用于自动化生产线叠合楼板养护。上位机通过组态王软件实现对叠合楼板养护的人机监控,并发出控制指令给下位机。PLC作为下位机采集养护窑内的温度数据,将数据传给上位机。此外PLC接收上位机传来的指令控制执行元件。

立体养护窑总体结构基于江苏汤辰机械有限公司已有的立体养护窑模型,按照任务书的要求进行改进。其蒸汽养护自动控制系统通过S7-200PLC内PID输出控制养护窑进气电动调节阀的开度,从而稳定养护窑内部的养护温度在55℃左右。本文开发的养护窑的关键技术在如何设计养护窑温度控制系统的,提高叠合楼板的养护质量。

养护窑温度控制系统的下位机选择的是西门子S7-200PLC控制器。运用编程软件STEP7-Micro/WIN进行用户程序的设计与编译,并对用户程序进行仿真,可以实现叠合楼板在养护窑内的整个养护过程的控制要求。最后,运用组态王软件中完成了整个养护系统的人机监控界面的设计,并实现了具体的控制仿真过程。叠合楼板在立体养护窑内的养护时,一线操作员可以通过操作养护窑温度监控界面实施养护的温度设定、查看养护窑内实时温度值、养护时间及控制养护窖的启动、停止等生产过程。

Abstract:This paper mainly discusses the design and development of a three-dimensional  curing kiln, which used in automatic production line of composite floor maintenance. The host computer realizes the man-machine monitoring of the maintenance of laminated composite slab through Kingview software, and then gives the control instructions to the lower compute. As the lower computer, PLC collects the temperature data of three-dimensional the curing kiln, and transfers the data to the host computer. In addition, the PLC receives commands from the host computer and control the execution elements.

Based on the three-dimensional model of Jiangsu kiln soup Chen Machinery Company, the overall structure of the three-dimensional kiln, improved in accordance with the requirements of the task. The automatic control system of steam curing by opening S7-200 PLC PID output control curing kiln intake electric regulating valve, thereby stabilizing the internal curing kiln curing temperature at around 55 degrees in this paper. The development of the key technology in curing kiln to design curing kiln temperature control system, improve the quality of composite floor maintenance.

Curing kiln temperature control system of the machine is the choice  of  SIEMENS S7-200 PLC controller. The design and compile using STEP7-Micro/WIN programming software for the user program, and simulate the user program, can achieve the control requirements of composite slab in curing kiln the whole curing process. Finally, the use of Kingview software is completed in the design of man-machine interface the maintenance of the system, and the realization of the control simulation process of concrete. Composite slab in stereo curing kiln maintenance line, the operator can implement maintenance through the operation maintenance kiln temperature monitoring interface temperature setting, view maintenanceThe process of real-time temperature value, curing time and the start-up and stop of curing pit.
