摘  要:姜黄素是一种从某些植物(主要是姜科和天南星科)的根茎中提取的化学成分。它的粉末呈橙黄色结晶状,略带苦味,不溶于水,易着色。姜黄素具有抗血脂、抗肿瘤、抗炎、利胆等功效,但水难溶性限制了它的发展。大豆卵磷脂别名大豆蛋黄素,是大豆油经过精制后的副产品,其与姜黄素制成混合物,能使得姜黄素在水中的溶解度提高,并且使姜黄素的生物利用度增强。姜黄素磷脂复合物兼具姜黄素和磷脂的双重优势,能使人体延缓衰老并且能够预防心脑血管等疾病。实验目的:研究恒温水浴磁力搅拌辅助姜黄素溶于磷脂的制备工艺,探究原辅料比、温度对姜黄素磷脂复合物的制备的影响以及姜黄素磷脂复合物的体外释放,并且评价不同因素对姜黄素磷脂复合物的制备的影响程度,然后根据包封率、载药量和体外释放曲线来确定最佳制备工艺。实验结果:25 mg姜黄素和100 mg大豆卵磷脂溶于10 ml无水乙醇中,40oC恒温水浴磁力搅拌下包封率和载药量较好,因此,确定此条件为本实验的最佳制备工艺。体外释放结果表明,姜黄素磷脂复合物释放较好,但有突释现象。

Research on Preparation process of curcumin phospholipid complex

Abstract:Curcumin is a chemical extracted from the roots of some plants (mainly Zingiberaceae and Araceae). The powder of curcumin is orange –yellow crystalline, slightly bitter, insoluble in water, easy to stain. Curcumin has the functions of anti-lipids, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-bile and so on, but the insolubility of water limits its development. Soybean lecithin nicknames soybean yolk. It is a byproduct of soybean oil refined. It is made into a mixture with curcumin, which can improve the solubility of curcumin in water and enhance its bioavailability. Curcumin phospholipid complex has the double advantage of curcumin and phospholipids, which can delay aging, prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and so on. Experimental objective: It researched the process of curcumin dissolving to phospholipid by constant temperature water bath magnetic stirring and the effect of raw material ratio and temperature on the preparation of curcumin phospholipid complex. It also researched the release of curcumin phospholipid complex in vitro and evaluated the influence of different factors on the preparation of curcumin phospholipid complex. Then the best preparation process was determined by the encapsulation rate, drug loading rate and releasing curve in vitro. Experimental results: When 25 mg curcumin and 100 mg soybean phospholipid dissolved in 10 mL anhydrous alcohol, the entrapment efficiency and drug loading rate were better at 40 degree constant temperature water bath magnetic stirring. Thus, we determined this condition as the best preparation process of this experiment. Studies on the release in vitro showed that curcumin phospholipid complex released well, but there was a sudden release phenomenon.
