增温对长白山苔原越桔叶片次生代谢物质含量的影响

从次生代谢层面进行探索,研究以越桔为代表的苔原植物在全球变暖的气候变化下,自身生理活动的变化,并为后续研究温度对苔原植物群落的影响和生态功能提供了科学数据与理论基础。


摘要:在全球变暖的背景下,长白山苔原也在经历着明显变暖,苔原是对气候变暖的最敏感区域,本研究以长白山苔原优势植物——越桔为实验对象,采用开顶箱增温方法,研究了变暖对越桔叶片生长季次生代谢物——总酚、黄酮和三萜类物质含量的影响。结果显示,在增温处理下八月份越桔叶片的三种次生代谢物:黄酮、总酚和三萜含量均相较于对照组明显增多,分别高出了23.5%、188.3%、105.8%,基本增加量在一倍以上。而九月份越桔增温条件下的黄酮、总酚、三萜含量均比对照组分别高:81.6%、137.3%、105.8%;可见越桔的次生代谢受温度影响较大。另外苔原植物次生代谢物含量也表现出明显的月波动,增温条件下,8月份叶片的黄酮、总酚及三萜含量分别比9月高34.7%、78.6%、60.5%,对照条件下8月份越桔叶片黄酮、总酚和三萜含量比9月分别高101.4%、47.1%、61.7%。这一结果主要是因为增温使得土壤中可利用营养物质增多,在保证越桔植株正常生长的同时,植物对于次生代谢过程的营养与能量分配也更多。通过本次研究成果也可以证明,全球变暖对于极端区域(如长白山)的植物生长与抵御外界干扰有益,这一结果对于进一步了解发现植物在全球变暖趋势下自身的改变和适应,为研究温度与次生代谢过程的关系提供了理论基础和科学数据。

The effect of increasing temperature on the content of secondary metabolites in changbai mountain tundra.

Abstract: Under the background of global warming, changbai mountain tundra are also experiencing significant warming, tundra is one of the most sensitive areas to climate warming, this study with advantages of changbai mountain tundra plants -- bilberry as experimental object, by the open roof-box raising temperature method to study the influence of the warming on the contents of yueju leaf growing season secondary metabolites, such as total phenol, flavonoid and triterpene substances. In August, according to the results of bilberry leaf in the treatment of warming of three kinds of secondary metabolites content was significantly increased compared with control group, respectively, 23.5%, 188.3%, 105.8%, higher than that of the basic amount in more than one times. The contents of secondary metabolites of bilberry were 81.6%, 137.3% and 105.8% higher than those of control group. It can be seen that the secondary metabolism of bilberry is greatly affected by temperature. Tundra plant secondary metabolites content also showed obvious fluctuations, raising temperature conditions, the blade of flavonoids in August, total phenol and terpene content respectively 34.7%, 78.6%, 60.5% higher than in September and control under the condition of three kinds of material content in August is higher than September respectively 101.4%, 47.1%, 61.7%.The results showed that the content of the three secondary metabolites in the leaves of bilberry increased significantly compared with that of the control group, and the basic increase was more than double. And during the growing season, there were more secondary metabolites in August than in September. Temperature makes this is mainly because the available nutrients in the soil increased, the normal growth of bilberry plants at the same time, to plant secondary metabolism process also invested more nutrition and energy. Through the research results can also prove that global warming for extreme area such as changbai mountain plant growth and resist interference is good, the results for further understand found plants under the global warming trend change and adapt, to study the temperature and the relationship between secondary metabolism process provides theoretical basis and scientific data.
