Two, aerobics curriculum training can significantly improve the level of students' mental health
1. before the experiment, there was no significant difference in the overall mental health between the experimental and the control group, and there was no difference between the same sex. 2. after the experiment found that aerobics has a significant improvement on students' mental health level, the specific performance of the six main indexes: learning anxiety, interpersonal anxiety, body symptom, sensitive tendency and impulse tendency, loneliness tendency were significantly improved (p<0,05), especially in learning anxiety, anxiety of the people there a very significant improvement (p<0.001). There were gender differences, and the psychological impact on boys was higher than that of girls. No significant difference in the terror tendency and self accusation, that aerobics training can help students adjust learning pressure, improve learning atmosphere, improve the collective consciousness and ability to adapt to training, overcome difficulties, indomitable spirit, enhance self-confidence.
Recommendations: 1. aerobics popularity, and the venue, equipment requirements are low, especially in rural areas, mountain schools. 2., aerobics teaching process should be reasonable increase the movement of the upper limb teaching. 3., aerobics training should be increased by double cooperation, multi person cooperation, collective games and other ways to promote communication among students.

1.1选题意义和目的
1978年,计划生育政策在全国范围内推行,“独生子女”出现,一家普遍只有一个孩子,集“万千宠爱于一身”,导致现在的小孩在责任感、意志力、团结合作等方面出现整体下降趋势;且孩子成为全家爱的寄托和希望所在,为了成龙成凤,孩子们被家长要求参加各种兴趣班、辅导班,体育锻炼和娱乐时间被随意和无限制的压缩,直接造成中小学生体质偏弱,自主锻炼意识薄弱。赵英在《中国产业政策实证分析》中谈到:北京师范大学发展心理研究所对北京等5个地区的16472名中小学生进行研究,发现小学生中有异常心理问题倾向的比例是16.4%,有严重心理行为问题的比例是4.2%。中小学生是祖国的花朵,正是需要“浇灌”之时,所以促进其身心健康是刻不容缓的问题。
