摘要:当前,中国处在一个各行各业都在快速发展的时期,很多行业都持有先进的代表技术。作为人们生活衣食住行之一的“住”,建筑业也在不断追随着创新的脚步,人们思考如何可以使建造建筑更高效更安全更绿色,装配式建筑的出现让人们看到不同于以往建筑模式的新的机遇,装配式建筑将构件提前在工厂建造,节省了施工环节的繁琐,在现场只需将预制构件按照一定的安装顺序进行组装整合便可完成建筑的修造。比传统模式的现场施工更为干净整洁,带来的附加污染也会少很多。但是,装配式作为一种新技术,在中国还没有完全推广开来,没有一套用装配式建造的完备的体系。装配化工作人员也比较稀少,各种装配化的技术也不够成熟,所以更多的装配化建造还在不断地探索和研究中。在装配化建造施工过程中,由于其发生安全隐患的概率很大,这就需要项目管理团队的辛苦管理与协调,需要每一位工作人员的配合与支持,共同

High-rise Assembly Building Construction Risk Analysis
Abstract: At present, China is in a period of rapid development in all walks of life. Many industries hold advanced representative technologies. As one of the livelihoods of people living, the construction industry is constantly following the pace of innovation. People think about how they can make buildings more efficient, safer and greener. The emergence of fabricated buildings allows people to see different architectural patterns than before. With the new opportunity, prefabricated buildings will build components in advance at the factory, which saves the cumbersomeness of the construction process. At the site, the prefabricated components can be completed by simply assembling and integrating the prefabricated components according to a certain installation sequence. The construction of the site is more clean and tidy than the traditional model, and the additional pollution brought by it will be much less. However, assembly as a new technology has not yet been fully promoted in China and there is no complete system built using assembly. Assembled workers are also scarce and various assembly technologies are not mature enough. Therefore, more assembly construction is still being explored and researched. In the process of assembly construction, due to the high probability of potential safety hazards, this requires the hard management and coordination of the project management team, which requires the cooperation and support of each staff member.
This article gives an overview of high-rise prefabricated construction projects, analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated buildings, and discusses the development of prefabricated construction projects at home and abroad. Explain the theoretical basis of construction project risk, introduce risk analysis methods for construction project and its main contents.
Taking a high-rise assembly-type building project in Shanghai Pujiang as an example, an empirical study was conducted on the construction risk of high-rise assembly-type engineering construction projects. Put forward a better vision and direction for assembly buildings.
