3、 充分重视水文地质条件和问题，不良地质地貌对道路的稳定性影响有多大，同时对特殊地质的处理的工程费用非常大，这将极大地增加工程成本和造价。对于滑坡、崩塌、岩堆、泥石流岩溶、沼泽等严重的工程地质水文问题应慎重地处理，一般情况下应尽量避绕，必须穿越时应选择合理的位置缩小穿越范围，并采取相应的处理措施；

4、 重视环境保护和生态保护，加强环境保护工作，重视生态平衡，为人类创造良好的生活环境，是我国的一项基本国策。

七、主要内容

设计的最初,在定线时选择了三条路线，由于设计范围的地势较陡，处于山丘沿溪区选择了较为平坦的路线，但由于穿过建筑区域，沿溪过多，不利于施工和经济效益，最终经反复思考，定出了较合适的路线。

本次道路设计中，依次进行平、纵、横线形设计，平面选线，纵断面拉坡，横断面成图，在道路中线经过河流湖泊，原道路的地方设置涵洞桥梁。之后进行计算书的编写，计算平面线形，竖曲线，挡土墙稳定性，边坡稳定性，涵洞盖板钢筋计算以及概预算。
