Part 1:  Design tasks and information

1.1 Summary of tasks

Design the architecture and structure of a community supermarket in Nanjing. Construction area of 5100 square meters, a concrete frame structure, 3 floors, including sales, warehousing, after-sales service, office, catering, fitness center, property management, tea room and other facilities and functions. Requiring the completion of the supermarket's architectural design and structural design. Geological conditions of the site: see geological survey report. Other conditions refer to specifications and use requirements or in consultation with  the instructor.

Construction site:Nanjing, Jiangning District.

First Floor Height: 5.9m,Second Floor Height:5.4m,Third Floor height: 4.5m。

Indoor floor elevation:±0.00,Outdoor elevation:-0.40m。

Load standard : according to 《 Code for load of building structures Specification.

Part 2:  Building program and description

2.1 Overview

According to the design task requirements, the program will be designed for the three-storey supermarket, 69.8m long, 24m wide, total height of 14.75m (from the outdoor floor to the top of the dwelling), and a total construction area of 5025.6m2, that is, there is a public gallery on each floor. The advantages of the inner corridor house are that the exterior wall is complete and it is easy to  make a simple and concise structure layout. The seismic performance is good; the land is relatively more economical; the construction cost is low and the selling price is relatively cheap.
