ARB变形Mg/Al多层复合板的制备及热处理工艺研究

摘要:本文采用累积叠轧工艺(ARB)制备Mg/Al多层复合板材,通过不同退火处理,分别研究退火时间和温度对Mg/Al复合板显微组织、Mg/Al界面、力学性能的影响。通过超景深显微镜、扫描电镜以及能谱仪分别分析Mg层宏观、微观组织变化,Mg/Al界面结构变化;通过拉伸测试、硬度测试来研究Mg/Al多层复合板的力学性能。

在室温条件下,采用累积叠轧工艺成功制备Mg/Al多层复合板材,界面结合情况良好。随着轧制道次的增加,复合板Mg层厚度减小,晶粒细化,组织更均匀,抗拉强度和延伸率有所下降。

Al/Mg/Al三明治板采用相同温度,不同时间退火处理,Mg层组织出现再结晶晶粒,随着退火时间的增加,再结晶晶粒逐渐长大,Mg层和Al层硬度下降。Mg/Al界面发生扩散,但未发现明显的扩散平台。三明治板的抗拉强度下降,而延伸率则大幅上升。

1道次和2道次ARB变形Mg/Al复合板退火处理后,Mg层晶粒随退火温度的增加而逐渐长大,Mg层和Al层硬度下降,Mg/Al界面发生扩散,且退火温度为280℃、310℃时,界面出现明显的扩散平台。1道次Mg/Al复合板的抗拉强度明显下降,而延伸率随退火温度的增加先上升后下降。

Abstract:n this paper, the Mg/Al multilayered composite plates were prepared by accumulative roll-bonding (ARB) , through different annealing treatment were studied impacts respectively annealing time and temperature on Mg/Al composite plates microstructure, interface of Mg/Al, mechanical properties. By super depth of field microscope, SEM and EDS analyzed respectively, Mg layer macro and micro structure changed, Mg/Al interface structure; mechanical properties by tensile test, hardness test research of Mg/Al multilayered composite plates.

Mg/Al multilayer composite plates were successfully prepared by ARB at room temperature, and the interface bonding was good. With the increase of rolling cycles, the thickness of Mg layer decreased, grain refinement and microstructure are more uniform, tensile strength and elongation decreased.

Al/Mg/Al sandwich plates were annealed with the same temperature and different time, recrystallized grain appeared in Mg layer. With the increase of annealing time, recrystallized grain grew up gradually, and hardness of Mg layer and Al layer decreased. The diffusion of Mg/Al interface was obvious, but no obvious diffusion platform was found. The tensile strength and yield strength of the sandwich plates decreased, while the elongation increased significantly.

1 cycle and 2 cycle the ARB deformation of Mg/Al composite plates after annealing treatment, the grain size of Mg layer increased with the annealing temperature and gradually grew up,  and the hardness  of Mg layer and Al  layer decreased,    Mg/Al interface diffusion, when the annealing temperature was 280℃ and 310℃, the interface appeared obvious diffusion platform. The tensile strength of the 1 cycle Mg/Al composite plates decreased obviously, while the elongation increased at first and then decreased with the increased of annealing temperature.
