纯铝的在混凝土模拟孔液中呈活性溶解状态,在混凝土中因腐蚀产生开裂,不适合作为后激活密封件的材料;锌合金在模拟孔液先活性溶解
摘要:本文针对钢筋腐蚀监测用预埋式参比电极使用寿命不足,不能实现钢筋腐蚀的全寿命周期技术问题,采用后激活的方法,研制钢筋腐蚀监测用后激活、长寿命Ag/AgCl凝胶参比电极,并对Ag/AgCl电极芯的制备工艺、凝胶电解质的选择与制备、后激活密封材料的优选和参比电极的性能进行了研究。电极芯制备工艺研究结果表明:阳极电流密度对Ag/AgCl电极芯的性能影响最大、极化时间次之、HCl浓度的影响最小,电极芯采用1mA/cm2的极化电流密度、30min的极化时间和0.1mol/L的HCl溶液浓度,电极芯的电极电位稳定性最优;凝胶电解质研究结果表明:甲基纤维素和膨润土均具有良好的吸水和保水效果,但甲基纤维素的保水性能略优于膨润土;后激活密封材料的研究结果表明:纯铝在混凝土中的溶解速率过快,不能作为后激活密封件用材,锌合金在混凝土中的溶解速率相对较小,可以作为后激活密封件的用材,并根据混凝土模拟孔液的数据,建立了后激活密封件厚度与激活时间的相关关系,根据钢筋混凝土使用寿命的要求,设计后激活密封件的厚度,实现钢筋腐蚀的全寿命周期监测;参比电极的性能研究结果表明:Ag/AgCl参比电极在混凝土中具有良好的电极电位稳定性,30天内电极电位的波动仅为7.8mV,具有良好的电极电位稳定性;参比电极的温度系数为-0.11mV/℃,温度对参比电极的电极电位稳定性影响极小;参比电极内部电解质从0.5mol/L降低到0.05mol/L,电极电位降低了48.3mV,参比电极内部的OH-浓度从0mol/L增加大1mol/L,电极电位增加了9.7mV,电解质的流失和混凝土内部OH-的污染对参比电极的电极电位影响较小,所研制的参比电极性能良好,满足钢筋腐蚀监测长的使用寿命要求。

Abstract:In this paper,the life expectancy of the embedded reference electrode for corrosion monitoring of steel bar is not enough,and the whole life cycle technology problem of steel corrosion can not be realized. Post-activation method is used to study the post-activation of long-life Ag / AgCl gel Electrode,and the preparation process of Ag / AgCl electrode core,the selection and preparation of gel electrolyte,the optimization of post-activation sealing material and the performance of reference electrode were studied. The results show that the anode current density has the greatest influence on the performance of Ag / AgCl electrode core,and the influence of the concentration of HCl is the smallest. The electrode core has the polarization current density of 1mA / cm2,the polarization of 30min Time and 0.1mol / L HCl solution concentration,electrode electrode electrode potential stability is optimal; gel electrolyte research results show that: methyl cellulose and bentonite have a good water absorption and water retention effect,but the methyl cellulose water The results show that the dissolution rate of pure aluminum in concrete is too fast and can not be used as the post-activation sealing material. The dissolution rate of zinc alloy in concrete is relatively small,which can be used as post-activation The material of the seal;The results show that Ag/AgCl reference electrode has good electrode potential stability,temperature and external ion pollution in concrete,and the loss of electrolyte has little effect on it.
