摘要：本文依据生态环境质量内涵及压力-状态-响应模型（PSR），构建了生态环境质量综合评价指标体系;利用变异系数法确定各指标的权重，对长江经济带11省市生态环境质量进行综合评价；采用耦合协调度模型，对压力-状态-响应子系统耦合协调性进行探讨，并提出政策建议。研究结果表明：（1）长江经济带生态环境质量总体上不高。（2）从时间纬度上看，2010-2016年长江经济带区域生态环境状态、响应和生态环境质量总体上呈现良性向好态势，但生态环境压力越来越大；生态环境压力与生态环境质量区域差异呈现减少趋势，而生态环境状态和响应呈现扩大趋势；各省市协调发展类型主要为中度协调类。（3）在空间纬度上，2010-2016年长江经济带生态环境压力、状态和生态环境质量呈现“中西部区域＞东部区域”的剃度空间特征，而生态环境响应呈现“东部区域＞中西部区域”的剃度空间特征；区域协调发展呈现“中部区域＞东部区域＞西部区域”的空间特征。 本文的创新点主要在于，在探讨长江经济带生态环境质量综合评价的基础上：（1）进一步丰富了生态环境质量综合评价理论；（2）从状态、过程、空间多维度研究长江经济带生态环境质量及其构成纬度时空格局演变差异；（3）在生态环境质量统一框架下，探讨长江经济带生态环境质量子系统耦合协调性及其政策含义。

Studied the spatial and temporal pattern evolution about the ecological environment quality of the Yangtze river economic belt and its coupling coordination

Abstract: In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the ecological environment quality is constructed based on the ecological environment quality connotation and

pressure-state-response model (PSR);and the weight of each index is determined by the variation coefficient method to evaluate the ecological environment quality in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze river economic belt. And the coupling coordination model is adopted to discuss the coupling coordination among pressure-state-response, and puts forward policy suggestions. The results show that: (1) The ecological environment quality of Yangtze river economic belt is not high.(2) From the point of view of the time latitude, the ecological environment state -response and the ecological environment quality of the Yangtze river economic belt are generally benign in 2010-2016 in general, but the ecological environment pressure is increasing; Regional differences about the ecological environment stress and the ecological environment quality are decreasing, while those of the ecological environment state- response are expanding; The coordinated development types of provinces and cities are mainly moderate coordination.(3)From the point of view of the space latitude, the ecological environment stress-state  and  the ecological environment quality of the Yangtze river economic belt in 2010-2016 show the tonsure space characteristics  of " the Midwest area> the eastern region”, while the ecological environment response appears space characteristic of " the east area > the Midwest area " ; The regional coordinated development presents the space characteristic of “the central area >the eastern region > the western region”. This article innovation mainly lies in: on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation on ecological environment quality of Yangtze river economic belt,(1) to further enrich the theory of the comprehensive evaluation of ecological environment quality;(2)From the state, process and spatial multi-dimensional study space-time evolution pattern difference of the ecological environment quality and its composition latitudes; (3) Under the unified framework of ecological environment quality, the coupling coordination and policy implications among pressure-state-response about ecological environment of the Yangtze river economic belt are discussed.
