摘  要：改革开放以来，中国对外经济贸易发展迅速，而在我国经济发展往往伴随着三高问题，也就是高污染、高耗能、高成本。现如今，随着人们生活水平的提高和生态环境的逐渐退化，人们越来越关注环境保护的问题，不在仅仅追求经济的腾飞，更注重贸易和环境的共同发展。

江苏省作为我国的外贸大省，对外经济贸易繁荣，贸易总额居于全国领先地位，但是也面临着环境带来的巨大的压力。因此，如何在促进贸易发展的同时，保护江苏省优美的自然风光，实现贸易的可持续发展，是一个值得研究的问题。

本文结合江苏省对外贸易的现状和所面临的问题，提出江苏省如何在低碳经济背景下实现对外经济与贸易可持续发展的对策，期望能够对政府、企业外贸的进一步发展提供建议。

Research on the Development of Jiangsu Foreign Economic and Trade under the Background of Low Carbon Economy

Abstract：Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign economic and trade development is rapid, but China's economic development is often accompanied by three high problems, that is, high pollution, high energy consumption, high cost. Nowadays, with the improvement of people's living standards and the gradual degradation of ecological environment, people pay more and more attention to the problem of environmental protection, not only to pursue the economic take-off, but also to the common development of trade and environment.

Jiangsu Province is a major province of China’s foreign trade.Its foreign economic and trade development is prosperous and total trade is in the country’s leading position,but it is also faced with tremendous pressure on the environment.Therefore, how to promote the development of trade, at the same time, to protect the beautiful scenery of Jiangsu and achieve sustainable development of trade, is a problem worth studying.

In this article,based on the present situation of foreign trade and the problems,I            put forward countermeasures to realize the sustainable development of Jiangsu Province Foreign Economic and trade under the background of low carbon economy,I expect to provide recommendations for the further development of the government and foreign trade enterprise.
