摘要：人民币国际化自上世纪八十年代被提出至今，在取得种种成就的同时也面对着许多挑战，如今英国脱欧又给人民币国际化带来了新的挑战。英国不仅是人民币在欧洲的重要离岸中心，也是人民币进入欧盟的关键跳板，因此英国脱欧会从多方面影响中国经济，并进而对人民币国际化带来更多的不确定性和复杂性。本文研究人民币国际化在英国脱欧的新背景下将会面临的机遇和挑战，同时理性分析在这种情况下可能带来的影响，做出正确应对。通过总结前人对人民币国际化发展的研究，结合英国脱欧背景下可能带来的机遇与挑战，探求此背景下的人民币国际化新发展。

Title  The New Development of RMB Internationalization Under Brexit

Abstract：Internationalization of currency is an important manifestation of foreign trade and economic strength. As an important political and economic means, internationalization of RMB has been widely concerned by all countries in the world. Britain, as an important offshore center of the RMB in Europe, is the key springboard for the RMB to enter the EU. Brexit will bring more uncertainty and complexity to the internationalization of the RMB from affecting China's economy in many ways. This paper examines the opportunities and challenges that the internationalization of the RMB will face in the new context of Britain's departure from Europe, and analyzes the possible impact in this situation and makes the right response rationally. By summing up the research on the internationalization of RMB, combining with the possible opportunities and challenges in the context of Britain's departure, we can explore the new development of RMB internationalization in this context.

1  引言

中国自改革开放以来，离岸人民币市场发展迅速，人民币在国际市场的使用率日益升高，世界各国对人民币的国际化进程都十分关注。在人民币国际化进程不断加快的同时，关于人民币国际化的研究也日益加深，在国内学界不断努力的探索下，取得了丰富的研究成果。在国际环境复杂多变的时代，对于人民币国际化的研究要适应变化，推陈出新，因此在英国脱欧环境下探求人民币国际化的新发展则显得尤为重要。

1.1  研究背景和意义

我国学界关于人民币国际化的研究可以追溯至上世纪八十年代，对于人民币国际化的初级探索的代表性研究包括：谢树森、沈锦昶（1981）、褚葆一、孙惠鑫（1986）、胡晓炼（1987）等，此后根据不同时期的国家经济发展战略和目标设计，我国学界围绕人民币国际化的研究大致可划分为以下三个阶段[1]。
