摘要：全球经济一体化促进了世界范围内各个国家之间的贸易活动，国际贸易范围的不断扩大给外贸企业迎来了发展的春天，但是伴随着国际贸易进程的持续发展和深化推进，风险与挑战也随之而来。这篇文章把长三角经济圈里的16个城市作为分析对象，通过传统国际贸易理论为基石，在对外贸易与经济增长的关系理论的支撑下，借鉴前人有关贸易发展及其优化的研究成果，分析长三角经济圈16个城市对外贸易的相互依赖性和差异性，并在此基础上基于地域分异规律，探讨长三角地区不同城市群对外贸易发展历程、现状、结构特点，研究促进该地区贸易发展的方式，推动区域外贸型产业发展战略的制定。中国加入了世界贸易组织以后，不仅给我国国际贸易的发展带来了机遇，同时也带来了极大的挑战，积极发展对外贸易，对当代中国具有尤为重要的意义。

Analysis on the opportunities and challenges faced by foreign trade development in the Yangtze River Delta

Abstract：Economic globalization promoted the flow of trade between countries in the world, the scope of international trade development for the foreign trade enterprises are of great development opportunities, but along with the deepening of the international trade and promote, also pose risks and challenges. China's participation in international trade and international economic exchanges between enterprises more and more, how to strengthen risk prevention in international trade, gain greater economic benefits are all foreign trade enterprises have to face the reality of the problem. With the growing trend of economic globalization and the increasingly frequent economic exchanges and cooperation among countries, international trade in the world scope rapid rise and development of foreign trade has become an important component of China's economic and trade, economic and trade industry in the proportion of gross national product of more and more big. Worldwide, many countries have trade industry as the pillar industry, the developed countries and developing countries has been expanding its international market, the development speed has been more than the traditional domestic industry. Especially after China joined the world trade organization, it not only brings opportunities to the development of China's international trade, also brought a great challenge at the same time, actively developing foreign trade, is particularly important for contemporary China.

一  研究背景及意义

2017年伴随着一体化进程的不断深入，中国经济增长和贸易转型受世界经济形势的冲击不断加大。随着中国对外贸易的发展，长江三角洲经济圈面临新的机遇和挑战，主要体现为越来越多的消耗大、成本高的产业受到资本等因素冲击。“十三五”规划提出要求：促进经济发展模式的改变，从粗放型增长逐渐过渡为集约型增长，从依赖资源消耗为主向依赖创新能力过渡，促进经济稳健发展。为了这一目标的实现，长江三角洲必须适应经济全球化导致的冲击浪潮，采取优化贸易发展环境、改变贸易发展模式、加快贸易增长质量的提高等有效措施，努力为经济的可持续发展做出贡献。此外风险防范措施的良好实施保证了国际贸易市场的健康经营，各个国家或地区之间都会开展交易，为的都是促进本国经济发展，提高国民经济，但是参与到国际贸易中去主体数量多且环节繁琐，因此发生危机的可能性较高，需要在国际贸易中对严格把控发生危机几率。
