本文的主要内容是36米拖船船体结构规范设计。本船为钢质结构,并且拥有双层底以及单甲板的特点,本船采用双机双桨全回转的方式来进行的推动。


摘   要:本文的主要内容是36米拖船船体结构规范设计。本船为钢质结构,拥有双层底、单甲板的结构特点,采用双机双桨全回转式的推动。船的主体,双层底、单甲板均采用横骨架式的结构形式,所用的钢材为普通船体结构钢。本文设计的拖船适用于无限航区。

在毕业设计过程中,参考了一系列图书馆,互联网的文献资料。设计的盲点,我通常找老师和同学了解一些惯例。指导老师给予了型线图和总布置图,通过不同图之间的联系,获得设计的灵感。不断的查规范CCS《钢质海船入级和建造规范》(2006版),让我对茫茫的规范有了初步的认识,最终按规范做了初步的设计,完成了设计后,再进行校核,对于校核不满足的,修改设计。完成了总纵强度的校核后,有CAD绘制货舱横剖面图、机舱横剖面图、基本结构图。

在本船的设计过程中,遵循结构规范设计的一般原则:结构的整体性原则;受力的均匀性和有效传递的原则、结构的连续性原则和减小应力集中、局部加强原则。除此之外,鉴于船舶的经济性,本船在设计的时候,运用了初步选取构件,逐步优化构件尺寸的设计思想。
