摘要:可以在河流江海里被人们驾驶操纵着去进行运输或工作的交通工具,称为船舶。船舶按照不同的使用目的去建造,因此它们具有各异的性能、装备和结构型式等。船舶运输的优势主要有两点,分别是单次的运载数量大和运输成本低。因此在国内,水路运输一向占有较大的比例,其中内河运输占很大比例。新中国成立后,船舶工业有了巨大的发展,在改革开放以后,我国已经建成了多型海洋运输船舶,长江运输船舶,海洋石油开发船舶,海洋调查船舶和军用船舶、海监船等,本文对内河货船的总体设计做一系列的探讨研究。随着我国改革开放,沿海、沿江以及内河等区域经济发展迅猛,对内河运输的需求也急剧增加,造成内河货船紧缺。所以我们的设计要求是根据国内内河运输市场去合理选择内河货船的结构特性来达到最好的经济性。首先是利用母型船换算法初步确定设计船船舶主尺度,根据初步确定的主尺度数据对母型船各站进行横剖面面积曲线改造,绘制出新船型线图。再根据任务书要求安排舱室划分,上建位置,设备安放,最后绘制完成设计船总布置图,并完成舱容校核、重心估算和干舷校核。结合已完成内容得到的数据利用Maxsurf软件去建造船体的数字模型,进行三向光顺后完成船舶稳性计算的数据采集。按照结构运算船舶稳性,计算设计船的吨位,最后完成螺旋桨的选择,结束本次总体设计。

Abstract:A ship is a means of transport capable of navigating or parking in a waters for transport or operation. The ships are constructed for different purposes, so they have different performance, equipment and structural types. The advantages of ship transport are mainly two points, namely a single large number of transport and low transport costs. Therefore, in the country, water transport has always occupied a large proportion, which accounted for a large proportion of river transport. After the founding of new China, the shipbuilding industry has made great development, after the reform and opening up, China has built a variety of marine transport ships, the Yangtze River transport ships, offshore oil development ships, marine survey ships and military ships, A series of studies on the overall design of the river cargo ship. With the rapid development of China's reform and opening up, coastal, along the river and inland rivers and other regional economic development, the demand for inland water transport has increased dramatically, resulting in shortage of inland water carriers. So our design requirements are based on the domestic inland water transport market to rationalize the structural characteristics of the river cargo ship to achieve the best economy. Firstly, the main scale of the ship is determined by the master-type ship-changing method. According to the main scale data, the cross-sectional area curve of the master ship is reconstructed and the new chart is drawn. And then according to the requirements of the task book to arrange the pision, the location of the installation, equipment, the final design of the ship to complete the layout of the design, and complete the cabin to check, the center of gravity estimates and dry port check. Combined with the data obtained from the completion of the use of Maxsurf software to build the hull of the digital model, the three-way smooth to complete the ship stability calculation data collection. According to the structure of the calculation of ship stability, calculate the design of the ship's tonnage, and finally complete the choice of propeller, the end of the overall design.
