摘要:数控直线落料机用于各种大型发电机线圈空心或实心铜线的定尺下料,以坐落在上海市闵行区上海电气电站设备有限公司上海发电机厂线圈工区的数控落料机为例,根据我国“十二五”规划的要求,为了满足厂内未来发电机年产量不断增加的规划需求,需要对线圈工区内的数控直线落料机进行改进和调整,使得实心或空心铜线通过数控直线落料机落下后,根据加工工艺不同,能够实现铜线向两个方向上的自动移动——轴向或横截面方向,如图1。轴向移动即是通过滚轮装置实现轴向运输直接进入下一工序;横截面方向移动即是通过推送装置将铜线送至传送带,经由传送带传送到堆放工区。
考虑到未来制造业向智能制造方向发展的趋势,在工作台设计过程中尽可能兼顾智能化特点,滚轮装置及推送装置实现了铜线的自动运输,减少落料过程的吊运,减轻工人负担,提高制造效率,在传输过程中,要综合考虑到传输的节拍、推送的同步性及铜线的摩擦损伤。此次有关落料机设计毕业设计综合运用机械设计制造及自动化专业所学的理论知识,并且充分结合上海电气实际生产计划情况,完成了数控直线落料机滚轮工作台整体机械设计以及相关计算,如滚轮工作台工作参数、同步带传送相关参数、滚轮之间链传动相关参数、动力系统的选择与验算。

Abstract: Nc linear blanking machine used in all kinds of large generator winding hollow or solid copper wire length blanking, with the blanking machine in the Coil work area of Shanghai Electric Power Generation Group Shanghai Generator Works as an example, which is located in Shanghai Minhang province, according to the requirements of China's 12th five-year plan, in order to meet the planned demand for the annual output of generator in the factory, it is necessary to improve and adjust the Nc linear blanking machine in the coil work area, make solid or hollow copper wire after falling by Nc linear blanking machine, according to different processing technology, can realize automatic movement of copper wire in two directions -- axial or cross section, as shown in figure 1.1. The axial movement is the direct access to the next step by the roller device. The cross section is moved by pushing the copper wire to the conveyor belt, which is transmitted to the stacking area by conveyor belt.
Considering the future trend of manufacturing industry to develop in the direction of intelligent manufacturing, as far as possible in the process of workbench design intelligent characteristics, give attention to two or more things roller device and the copper wire can be automatically push device transport, reduce the blanking process of lifting, lighten the burden of workers, improve the efficiency of manufacturing, in the process of transmission, to comprehensively consider the transfer of beats, push synchronization and copper wire friction damage. The modification of the blanking graduation design integrated use of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation professional theory knowledge, and in combination with the practical production plan of Shanghai electric, fully completed the Nc linear blanking machine roller table overall mechanical design and related calculation, such as roller table working parameters, synchronous belt transmission parameters, roller chain drive between related parameters, the selection and calculation of power system.
