(1)掌握配蛙孵育蝌蚪的方法,熟悉蝌蚪在不同生长时期的特点。

(1)熟悉实验室布局及相关实验仪器设备,熟悉非洲爪蟾养殖系统;

(2)掌握在显微镜下剥离蝌蚪视顶盖及提取蛋白的技术;

(3)掌握Westernblot的操作方法及步骤;

4.2015.12.1–2015.12.30:

(1)将一定数量的蝌蚪放入不同浓度的PX中培养,每天做行为学测定,7天一个周期,

(2)分析行为学数据。

(3)提取视顶盖蛋白,通过Westernblot技术,使用抗体检测视顶盖蛋白表达的变化,分析数据。
