杭州市江干区中老年太极拳练习者的状况及其损伤的调查研究

对于初学者来讲,因为技术还不够熟练,所以过于追求动作的标准非常容易出现膝关节损伤,对于老年人来讲,因为身体素质较差,身体的机能不断下降,所以很难按照相关的技术标准完成有关


摘    要:太极拳起源于我国,与我国的文化有非常深入的联系,太极拳在我国非常受到老年人的喜爱具有非常深厚的群众基础,与非常悠久的历史文化。这一活动可以起到强身健体与防身的作用,而且还可以修身养性,具有非常多的功能。但是从相关的研究中显示,在学习太极拳的过程中可能出现损伤的现象,为了有效地研究这一问题,本文以杭州市江干区为例进行相关的研究。研究目的:了解当前杭州市中老年太极拳练习者的练习情况和损伤情况,并分析导致损伤的原因。研究意义:本文的理论研究意义为,通过文献资料的借鉴和理论性内容的阐述,能够为本文接下来的研究提供理论基础。实践研究意义为,文章通过调查问卷的形式,对杭州市中老年太极拳练习者的相关信息和损伤情况展开了阐述,并分析导致损伤的原因。能够为日后改善杭州市中老年太极拳练习者的损伤情况,提供宝贵的建议。研究方法:本文在调查的过程中主要在使用了访谈法、文献研究法、问卷调查法与数理统计法等。研究结果:大多数人锻炼1-3小时,大多数人锻炼在7次以上,基本上保持在每天锻炼一次,每次在1-3小时之间,因为这一锻炼赔率稍高,所以可能出现脂肪垫压迫情况,对其造成一定的影响。研究结论:锻炼者出现疼痛的主要原因是因为长时间进行锻炼,出现这一情况的主要原因是因为其在锻炼的过程中因为没有掌握方式,或者是因为长时间锻炼使膝盖受损

Abstract:Taijiquan originated in China, and has deep connection with Chinese culture. Taijiquan is very popular with the elderly in China. It has a very deep mass foundation and a very long history and culture. This interaction can play the role of physical fitness and self-defense, but also self-cultivation, with many functions. It is also popular in other nations. But from the related research, we can see that there may be knee pain in the process of learning Taijiquan. In order to effectively study this question, this paper takes Jianggan District of Hangzhou as an example to do related research. Objective: to understand the practice and damage of the middle-aged and elderly Taijiquan practitioners in Hangzhou, and to analyze the causes of the injury. Research significance: the theoretical research significance of this paper is to provide theoretical basis for further research in this paper through literature review and theoretical content. The significance of practical research is that, through the form of questionnaire, the related information and pain condition of knee joints of middle aged and elderly Taijiquan practitioners in Hangzhou are elaborated, and the causes of knee pain are analyzed. To improve the knee joint pain in Hangzhou City Taijiquan practitioners, and provide valuable advice. Research methods: This paper mainly used interview, literature research, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics in the process of investigation. Results: 1-3 hours of exercise for most people, most people exercise at least 7 times, basically keep exercise once in every day, every 1-3 hours in between, because this exercise odds slightly higher, so there may be fat pad compression, affect its. Conclusions: the number of people suffering from pain was 76%, and no 24% was found. Knee pain appeared to occupy a larger part of the population, only a few have appeared in this situation, the main reason is because exercise pain long time exercise, the main reason for this situation is because it is in the process of exercise, because there is no way to grasp, or because of long time exercise damaged
