大学生对突发公共卫生事件认知及教学需求调查分析

学校作为一个特殊的公共场所,因其人口密度大,人群接触密集,年龄结构固定等特点,是突发公共卫生事件的高发场所。


摘要:目的 通过对大学下沙校区的大学生进行问卷调查,了解本校大学生目前对突发公共卫生事件相关知识的认知水平,探索大学生认知水平的影响因素,明确大学生对学习突发公共卫生事件相关知识的需求,为学校展开更具有针对性的突发公共卫生事件相关健康教育提供理论参考。 方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,按专业类别分层,以班级为单位进行抽样,对大学308名大学生进行突发公共卫生事件认知情况及教学需求调查。利用方差分析和卡方检验,比较不同性别,生源地,年级,户籍,专业,主动性等因素之间大学生对突发公共卫生事件认知水平是否存在差异,以及大学生对突发公共卫生事件相关知识的教学需求总体情况及分布。 结果 本次关于突发公共卫生事件的知识调查总分100分,大学生平均得分为62.13(±13.49)分,不同专业,年级,户籍的大学生之间突发公共卫生事件认知水平存在差异。医学类专业的学生得分高于其它专业的学生(P<0.001),农村户口学生得分低于于城市户口学生(P=0.008),大一新生得分低于其他年级。 结论 本校大学生对突发公共卫生事件有一定的认识和了解,但是认知水平不高,而对学习突发公共卫生事件相关知识的需求较高,学习态度也比较积极,学校应加强对大学生的突发公共卫生事件相关知识的健康教育。

Abstract

Objective To understand the university students cognitive level of knowledge about public health emergencies, and study the influence of different factors on college students' cognitive level, definite the demand about public health emergencies of students so that schools develop more targeted public health emergencies related health education. Methods 308 college students in Hangzhou normal university were recruited for the survey of public health emergencies cognitive situation investigation and teaching requirements using stratified cluster sampling. By means of variance analysis, the differences in the cognitive level of public health incidents among college students were compared between different genders, grades, majors, origin of student household registration and initiative. At the same time, the demand and expectation of education for public health emergencies were also analyzed. Results The total score of the knowledge survey on public health emergencies was 100 points, and the average score of college students was 62.13 (±13.49). There were differences in the cognitive level of public health events between different majors, grades and registered students.Among them, students of medical science majors scored higher than those of other majors (P<0.001), and urban registered students scored higher than those of rural residents (P=0.008). Conclusion The university students have certain knowledge about public health emergencies, but cognitive level is not high. At the same time, the demand for public health emergencies related knowledge is higher, with a strong motivation. The school should strengthen the health of public health affairs related knowledge to college students’ education.
