进入到新时代,人们对于环境保护的意识不断加强,同时更加关注于减少我们所产生的污染源头、更加净化我们所呼吸的空气,不断保护我们人民赖以生存的生态环境,这些种种的问题已经被我们人类所注意,为了解决这些污染问题,已经成为当今社会发展的一个重要的热点问题。我们要对二氧化碳的排放量加以控制既需要国家的合理规划,更需要适合中国国情的低费用、低耗本的烟气脱硫技术急切的进入人们的研究之中。
本项目采用氨法脱硫,对上有游产生含二氧化硫的烟气进行吸收氧化生产高附加值硫酸铵,使排放的烟气中硫的含量低于国家标准要求300mg/Nm3,设计原则尽量利用本厂的设施,最大利用本厂资源。其隶属于绿色化工,从源头上根治环境污染。
认真贯彻落实国家基本建设的有关政策、法规,在过程中要注意到对生态环境的爱护,在设计过程中更是要注意到以绿色化学为基础,使用自清洁等的生态化工过程,并且还要在生产时注意到工厂三废总含量。此外,还要建立其三废的处理的规章制度,严格遵守三废处理章程,工艺的选择及设备布置充分考虑现场条件,利用现有场地,公用工程依托现有设施。

Sulfur-containing waste gas treatment to produce ammonium sulfate (3kt/a) process

With the continuous enhancement of people’s environmental awareness, the problem of reducing pollution sources, purifying the atmosphere, and protecting the living environment of human beings is being taken care and valued by hundreds of millions of people. Solving this pollution measure has become one of the important topics in contemporary scientific research. Therefore, to control the emission of sulfur dioxide requires both national reasonable planning and the need for low-cost, low-cost flue gas desulphurization technologies suitable for China's national conditions.
In this project, ammonia desulfurization is adopted to absorb and oxidize the flue gas containing sulphur dioxide on the upper reaches to produce high-value-added ammonium sulfate, so that the content of sulfur in the discharged flue gas is lower than the national standard requirement of 300 mg/Nm3. The design principle should be used as much as possible. The facilities of the factory make the most use of the factory's resources. It is affiliated with green chemicals and cures environmental pollution from the source.
Conscientiously implement the relevant policies and regulations of the state’s capital construction and pay attention to environmental protection. Clean production processes are selected in the design, and “three wastes” emissions are reduced during the production process. At the same time, effective “three wastes” treatment measures are adopted and strict implementation of the “three wastes” governance. The policy of "three simultaneous", the choice of process and equipment layout fully consider the site conditions, use the existing site, and the public works rely on the existing facilities.
