当今社会,大量化工产品走进我们的生活并占据一席之地,致使化工行业迅速发展。无论在科学研究还是化工生产阶段,化工工艺设计都显得尤为重要。提高设计水平和质量,从而保证产品的生产质量,这是化工业长远发展的先决条件。总而言之,设计是实现科研成果转化为生产成果的重要保证,也是必经途径。

任务的来源

本设计是根据对1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-甲酸甲酯的科研小试报告以及相关实验数据而设计的一次工业规模化的模拟。其根本的目的是运用化学工程相关的知识及操作手段而进行的一次模拟化工设计的尝试,并且为1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-甲酸甲酯的工业化生产的设计提供参考。作为模拟设计,本论文将会省略化工设计的部分内容,即工艺管路设计、防爆电气设计、动力设计和工厂整体布置等。

设计原则及主要设计指标

原则:(1) 安全:在化工生产中,会产生大量易燃、易爆或者有毒性的化合物。因此,设计必须充分考虑各种明显的和潜在的危险,保证生产人员的健康和安全。

(2)操作方便:在确定各个生产过程及设备的同时,还要确定合理的操作条件。因为它对生产过程和设备的确立以及其作用的发挥和控制方案的确定有着直接的关系。

(3) 投资省:即要求经济地使用设备投资、土建投资、公用工程投资和人力成本。

(4) 便于安装:工厂布置必须满足施工以及安装作业的要求。特别是应该考虑大型设备的吊装,厂内道路的路面结构和载荷标准等都应满足施工安装的要求。

There are many types of viruses. About 60% of the world's infectious diseases are caused by viral infections. Common colds, influenza, infectious hepatitis, mumps, and measles are common infectious diseases [1]. Hepatitis C is an epidemic caused by hepatitis C virus (HCV) intrusion into the body. This disease is considered one of the most important health care issues in the World Health Organization[2].Hepatitis C is prevalent throughout the world. According to the data compiled and analyzed by WHO, for hepatitis C, the number of infected patients in China has reached one quarter of the total number of infections in the world, ranking first in the world [3]. In today's society, the general increase in blood exposure opportunities such as tattoos, blood transfusion, and drug use has caused an apparent upward trend in the incidence of hepatitis C in China. In addition, the incidence of hepatitis C is prone to chronicity, and there are very few patients who are able to self-resist and eliminate HCV. About four-fifths of all infections have a very high chance of developing chronic hepatitis C, and about one-fifth of those infected will slowly develop into cirrhosis within 20 to 30 years, and further development will lead to liver cancer or liver failure. Both of these are the most important causes of death in patients with hepatitis C and have a great impact on the lives and health of patients. Antiviral therapy can inhibit and eliminate HCV, improve liver function, reduce the incidence of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer, and ultimately reduce mortality. All in all, the most fundamental and conservative method to completely treat hepatitis C is the clinical use of antiviral drugs [4].
