年产250万吨热轧带钢车间工艺设计规程优化

轧制规程能耗优化方法:在确定目标函数(轧制能耗或轧制负荷)的约束条件之后,可将各轧制道次的压下量在一定范围内进行离散。


摘要:热轧钢板分为结构钢、低碳钢、焊瓶钢,接着再根据各种钢材查找你所需要的钢材,再查特定的钢材的密度和成分 。热轧钢板硬度低,加工容易,延展性能好。热轧带钢产品包括钢带(卷)及有其剪切而成的钢板。钢带(卷)可以分为直发卷及精整卷(分卷、平整卷及纵切卷)。

热轧钢板强度相对较低,表面质量差点(有氧化\光洁度低),但塑性好,一般为中厚板、冷轧板、强度高、硬度高、表面光洁度高、一般为薄板,可以作为冲压用板。

本次设计是通过对年产250万吨热轧带钢车间工艺流程和整个车间平面布置设计,分析车间工艺流程设计包括:加热设备、热轧机机组(包括机组的主电机确定)、冷却设备、精整设备的选择,轧机的能力计算和轧辊辊型计算等;以5.0 ×1600mm普碳钢(Q235)为代表,规程能耗优化为目标,设计热轧工艺等;车间技术经济指标的确定;劳动定员的确定等。同时以节能为目标,优化工艺参数。

ABSTRACT:Hot rolled steel is pided into structural steel, low carbon steel, welded steel bottle, and then according to various steel to find the steel you need, and then check the density and composition of specific steel.Hot rolled steel plate has low hardness, easy processing and good ductility.Hot-rolled strip steel products include steel strip (coil) and shear steel plate.Steel bands (rolls) may be pided into straight and finished rolls (rolls, flat rolls and slitting rolls).

Hot rolled steel plate strength is relatively low, the surface quality almost (oxidation, low roughness), but the plasticity is good, generally for the medium plate, manufacture, high strength, high hardness, high surface finish, generally for sheet, can be used as a drawing board.

This design is based on the annual output of 2.5 million tons of hot rolled strip steel workshop process and the whole workshop layout design, analysis workshop process design including: heating, hot rolling mill units (including the main motor unit), selection of cooling equipment and finishing equipment, the ability of the rolling mill and roll profile calculation, etc.;Taking 5.0mm * 1600mm plain carbon steel (Q235) as the representative, the energy consumption optimization of the regulation as the target, and the design of hot rolling technology, etc.Determination of workshop technical and economic indicators;The determination of labor fixer, etc.Meanwhile, the process parameters are optimized with the aim of saving energy.
