This design is an industrial scale simulation designed based on the scientific pilot test report of 1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester and related experimental data. Its fundamental purpose is to use a chemical engineering-related knowledge and operating methods to conduct an analog chemical design attempt, and to provide reference for the design of industrial production of 1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester.As the simulation design, this article has abbreviated the chemical design partial contents, like craft pipeline design, explosion-proof electricity design, and power design and factory whole arrangement and so on.

3. Principle of design and main design standard

Principle:

(1) Safety: In chemical production, a large number of flammable, explosive or toxic compounds are produced. Therefore, the design must fully consider various obvious and potential dangers to ensure the health and safety of production personnel.(2) Ease of operation: In determining the various production processes and equipment, but also to determine the reasonable operating conditions.
