摘    要：当今世界，博彩业的合法化快速扩张，也引起了越来越多的关注。博彩业刚开始发展之时，其与旅游业二者是相互分离的，但是随着博彩业的逐渐发展，慢慢形成了博彩业与旅游业的结合。赌权开放后，澳门博彩业为澳门经济做出了很大的贡献。然而澳门经济仍然存在着一些问题与矛盾。本文在了解澳门博彩旅游业对澳门经济的影响的基础上，通过2002-2016年的博彩业收入和人均居民收入数据的分析，检验出博彩业与经济增长互为格兰杰原因。然而因为检验方法存在局限，最终无法明确博彩业对澳门经济的影响。不过若可获取更详细的面板数据，检验方法仍存在改进的空间。

In the world today, the rapid expansion of the legalization of the gaming industry has also aroused more and more attention. At the beginning of the development of the gaming industry, both the tourism industry and the tourism industry are separated from each other, but with the gradual development of the gaming industry, the combination of the gaming industry and the tourism industry is slowly forming. After the gambling rights were opened, the Macau gaming industry made a great contribution to the Macau economy. However, there are still some problems and conflicts in the Macao economy. In this paper, based on the understanding of the impact of Macau's gaming and tourism industry on the economy of Macau, through the analysis of gaming industry income and per capita income data for the period 2002-2016, we have tested the reasons why gaming industry and economic growth are mutually exclusive. However, due to the limitations of the inspection method, it is ultimately impossible to clarify the impact of the gaming industry on the Macau economy. However, if more detailed panel data is available, there is still room for improvement in the inspection method.

第一章 引言

随着新的生活方式的出现，除了基本的温饱需要，人们开始追求自我完善和新的价值观。这些新的追求可能反映在人们的旅游活动中，而博彩旅游就是为了满足赌场的赌博利益和去赌场的目的地旅行。

博彩业旅游业现在已成为一种国际上主要的商业活动之一，其对地方区域经济的正面效益已经成为一个历史史实，为世界各地各界所熟知。然而，博彩旅游业在对区域经济产生庞大经济效益的同时，也带来了许多的社会问题。国内外大部分的相关研究都是从其正面影响和负面影响两方面辩证的分析研究博彩旅游业。比如，欧阳军（2009）通过一个5年的历时性对比，研究居民对博彩旅游业在环境、社会和经济等维度的感知，发现居民的感知中改变最大的是环境和社会的消极趋势，其次是文化方面的指标的积极趋势[1]；陈章喜（2009）采用包络分析方法，对澳门1997-2006年十年间的经济效率进行动态比较，得到赌权开放是有效率的这一结论，同时文中也指出博彩旅游业带来的负面影响，并提出了改善建议[2]；王心等（2017）博彩业对经济社会的稳定发展有着正面作用，也存在着助长侥幸和投机心理、出现问题赌徒、使教育发展滞后、病态博彩问题突出、降低青少年就业竞争力等负面影响[3]。

当然，除此之外，国外也有不少关于博彩业经营的研究。Catherine等（2018）借鉴适应理论，分析20多年来不同来源的访问者资料，讨论了适应性效应对赌场业务增长和可持续性的影响。在此分析的基础上，研究提出了各种策略，包括促进赌场旅游，以维持赌场业务[4]。
