摘要

首先通过分析产学研合作中知识转移的背景、查阅国内外相关研究文献，提出研究的目的与意义，建立理论基础、实现机制、部分因素对其的影响，结合已有的相关成果进行展开论述和分析研究，论文研究将有助于分析我国目前产学研合作中知识转移的发展现状和制约因素以及其本身存在的问题，可以找到产学研合作中知识转移效率低下的原因。

其次通过构建产学研合作中影响知识转移机制的模型与影响因素的模型，提出研究假设，然后对变量的所需数据进行收集和分析，得到相关主体各个因素的影响情况。其目的是以便可以更好的调整“产”、“学”、“研”之间的合作关系，找到其最佳结合点与转换方式，根据研究结果提出建议和措施，最终提升知识转移效率。

最后，本文对所进行的研究进行了结论总结及展望，并指出了本文研究的局限性以及需要进一步完善的问题。

Study on The Mechanism of Knowledge Transfer in Industry-Academy-Research Cooperation

Abstract

Knowledge transfer is the core link of the cooperation between production, education and research. Effective knowledge transfer is an important basis for cooperation between production, education and research. The transfer of knowledge in the production-study-research cooperation project is an effective way for companies and universities' scientific research institutions to realize complementary advantages and achieve mutual benefits. This can not only achieve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities, but also enhance their independent innovation capabilities. In recent years, the cooperation between industry, universities and research institutes has been highly valued by the national, business, and academic circles, and its development has been rapid. In this process, knowledge transfer is nothing more than the most important part. Therefore, the research on the mechanism of knowledge transfer in the cooperation projects of industry, university, and research institutes It is of great significance.

First of all, this study analyzes the background, theoretical basis, implementation mechanism, and the influence of some factors on the knowledge transfer in the cooperation of industry, universities, and research institutes. It will be helpful to analyze China's current cooperation between industry, universities, and research institutions in conjunction with the relevant literature. The status quo of the development of knowledge transfer in China and its constraints, as well as its own problems, can find the reasons for the low efficiency of knowledge transfer in the cooperation between production, education and research.

Secondly, through the collection and analysis of models and data of the knowledge transfer mechanism in the cooperation between industry, university, and research institute, the impact of various factors of the relevant subjects is obtained, so that the relationship between “producing”, “learning” and “researching” can be better adjusted and the most The combination of good points and conversion methods, based on the results of research recommendations and measures, and ultimately improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer.

Finally, this article summarizes the research conducted and the research prospects, and points out the limitations of this study and the issues that need further study.
