摘要：我国自 2001 年加入 WTO 后，经济实力不断提高，一国经济实力增强的标志就是国内生 产总值（GDP）增长速度也就是经济增长率。近十五年来，我国的国民生产总值跃居世界第 二，仅次于美国，我国 GDP 迅速增加的因素除了第一产业的夯实基础，第二产业的支撑，更 重要的是第三产业的不断发展拉动了经济的增长。第三产业是一种服务型产业，由不同的层 次组成，不同层次之间的结构组成及占比直接影响到了第三产业对经济增长的贡献率变化， 其产值增长率以及对第三产业的经济贡献率对浙江省经济的影响值得研究。本文以浙江省为 例，以国家统计局数据为准，用 excel、Minitab 等数据研究工具研究浙江省内第三产业内 部结构的演变对浙江经济增长的影响，并通过浙江省内部影响机制作用与全国对比得出相关 结论和对策建议。

Summary：Since China's accession to the WTO in 2001, its economic strength has been continuously improved. The sign of a country’s enhanced economic strength is that the growth rate of gross domestic product (GDP) is also the economic growth rate. In the past fifteen years, China’s gross national product has leapt to second place in the world, second only to the United States. The factors for the rapid increase in China’s GDP, in addition to the solid foundation of the primary industry, the support of the secondary industry, and more importantly, the tertiary industry Continuous development has stimulated economic growth. The tertiary industry is a service industry, which is composed of different levels. The composition and proportion of the different levels directly affect the contribution rate of the tertiary industry to economic growth, the growth rate of its output value and the the contribution of economic contribution to Zhejiang's economy is worth studying. Therefore, this paper takes Zhejiang Province as an example, based on the data of the National Bureau of Statistics, uses excel, Minitab, and other data research tools to study the impact of the evolution of the internal structure of the tertiary industry in Zhejiang on the economic growth of Zhejiang, and through the internal influence mechanism of Zhejiang Province. Comparison with the country draws relevant conclusions.

一、引言

浙江省作为长三角区域发展迅速的省份之一，每年的 GDP 总值均居于全国前 5 名，这不 是偶然，是浙江省内不同产业之间的协调发展促就了高势头发展的浙江经济。自 2014 年起， 浙江省内第三产业的生产总值超过了占据大头的第二产业的生产总值。是什么加速了第三产 业的发展以及浙江经济的发展？这是一个值得研究的课题。
