摘要：近年来，中国企业的国际化发展逐渐加快，随着中阿经贸合作的不断深入，中国企业也 需要不断地走向阿拉伯世界，实现国际化经营。特别是近几年来，中国政府极力推崇的“一带 一路”，更是让两国之间的合作，走上了更新的一个台阶。一直以来，沙特阿拉伯国家在全世 界扮演着不可替代的作用，特别是宗教和经济方面。具体的来说，沙特阿拉伯国家是伊斯兰 教的重要分布点。与此同时，沙特阿拉伯国家拥有的石油资源在世界排名前列，每年向世界 各国出口大量的石油及其相关产品，因此其 GDP 总量是所属地区的第一。另外，中国和沙特 阿拉伯国家经济贸易密切和频繁，沙特阿拉伯是我国石油进口选择主要的对象。中国企业在 走向沙特阿拉伯市场中已经取得了一定的成效并且已经占据了一定的市场份额，但是也出现

了不少问题，本篇论文首先主要探讨和分析中国企业在沙特阿拉伯国家投资各个方面的具体 情况，同时还指出这个过程中出现的一些困难，并且针对这些困难的解决方法和推进中国、 沙特阿拉伯国家之间进一步合作发展给出了一些积极、合理的看法和建议。

Title To  explore  and  study  the  situation  of  Chinese  enterprises investing in Saudi Arabian countries

Abstract：In recent years, the development of the internationalization of China's enterprises is speeding up gradually, and deepening of bilateral economic and trade cooperation, Chinese enterprises also need to constantly to the Arab world to realize the internationalization management. Especially these years, China’s new policy of “One Belt, One Road” made the cooperation between two countries has risen up to another higher level. In Arabia world, Saudi Arabia has playing an enormous important and irreplaceable role both at religious  and economic, not only because the two Islamic holy Mecca and Medina are there, but also the natural resource: petroleum. Its economic is influencing its own nearly a quarter of the world's petroleum market. Made it the world's largest producer and exporter of petroleum. Also contributes it the top GDP country in the Middle East region. The frequent and  tight relationship between China and Saudi made Saudi the main importing petroleum country of China. Chinese companies in Saudi Arabia market has made certain achievements and has occupied a certain market share, but has lot of problems at the same time. This paper mainly discuss and analysis detail information of Chinese investment in Saui and pointed out the difficulties. Hence gave some positive and reasonable point and suggestions to have further and deeper cooperation.
