新时期杭州市在土源性线虫的预防策略中在驱虫治疗、粪便无害化处理覆盖上都已今基本完善,包括杭州市城区、和周围郊县,故经粪口途径感染的蛔虫、鞭虫感染率较低
摘 要:目的:描述杭州市2009—2015年土源性线虫感染状况分布,为今后防治和应对策略的制定提供依据。方法:用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法抽取2009年至2015年监测人群,人群为杭州市常住人口(生活5年以上),收集的监测人群对应粪便样本,采用改良加藤厚涂片法检查蛔虫卵、钩虫卵及鞭虫卵,3-12岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛拭法检查蛲虫卵,并对历年的监测结果进行描述性研究。结果:1.全市主城区、郊区(县)、山区土源性线虫感染率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=22.54,p<0.05),2.2011-2015年间阳性者感染特征表现为:男性、女性感染者差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.028,p<0.05)3.比较2009年前后监测结果,西湖区土源性线虫感染率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=19.178,p<0.05),桐庐县、富阳市感染率具有统计学意义(χ2=19.178,p<0.05,χ2=2.220,p>0.05),淳安县2009年、2013年、2014年土源性线虫感染率差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.065,p>0.05)。建德市差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.188,p<0.05),但为感染率增高所致。
结论:1.2009年监测显示,杭州主城区的土源性线虫感染率已经下降到较低的水平,主城区感染率普遍低于郊区、山区,郊区、山区感染率相近,但感染虫种构成不同;2.男性感染率高于女性、感染人群主要集中50岁以上人群,其对应的文化程度多为文盲、小学;3.2010年前后主城区中西湖区的土源性线虫的感染率已经有了明显的降低,而以建德市、桐庐县的郊县感染率仍呈较高的水平,感染土源性线虫虫种构成未发生明显改变。

ABSTRACT:Objective: This study describes the distribution of soil-transmitted nematode infections in Hangzhou from 2009 to 2015,providing evidence for future prevention and strategies.Method:A multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to monitor the population from 2009 to 2015. The population was the resident population of Hangzhou (living for more than 5 years). The collected monitoring population corresponded to the fecal samples. The eggs of roundworm, hookworm and whipworm were examined by kato-katz. The 3-12 year old children were added to the Oxyurid ova to examine the threadworms. A descriptive study was carried out on the monitoring results over the years.Results:1. the difference of infection rate of soil transmitted nematode in the main city, suburb (county) and mountain area was statistically significant (Chi-square=22.54, p<0.05);2.The characteristics of the positive persons in 2011-2015 were statistically significant (Chi-square=6.028, p<0.05), compared with the test results before and after 2010;Xihu District soil source The infection rate of sexual nematode was statistically significant (Chi-square=19.178, p<0.05). The infection rates in Tonglu and Fuyang were statistically significant (Chi-square=19.178, p<0.05,Chi-square=2.220, p>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the infection rate of soil derived nematode in Chunan County in 2009, 2013 and 2014 (Chi-square=3.065, p>0.05). The difference in Jiande was statistically significant (Chi-square=7.188, p<0.05), but the infection rate was increased.
Conclusion: the 1.2009 year monitoring results shows that the infection rate of soil transmitted nematode in the main city of Hangzhou has fallen to a lower level. The infection rate in the main city is generally lower than that in the suburb and mountain area. The infection rate in the suburb and mountain area is similar, but the species of the infected insects are different.;2. the male infection rate is higher than that of the female, and the infected group mainly concentrates on people over the age of 50. 3.The infection rate of soil transmitted nematode in Xihu District in the main city area after 2010 has been significantly reduced, while the infection rate in the suburbs of Jiande and Tonglu counties is still higher, and the composition of the infected soil - derived line insect species has not changed significantly.
