摘 要:文章从高中阶段英语写作教学现状入手,提出了发挥教材和教辅阅读文本在教授和指导作文以及学生学习写作方面的示范作用是提高初中生英语写作能力快捷而有效的方法。英语写作教学中运用阅读文本提高学生英语篇章结构意识、段落扩展方法、句子衔接手段以及语言知识运用的策略,为高中阶段英语写作的教与学提出了可行而有效的途径。本研究旨在探究“以读促写”在高中英语教学中的影响和作用以及它给学生英语写作带来积极的影响。

Abstract:The substance of this study is to explore the influence of writing teaching method. Starting from the analysis of the current situation of English writing teaching in senior high school, the textbooks and supplementary reading which play important role on students’ writing ability are effective way to improve students’ English writing ability. The use of reading text in English writing teaching is to improve students' English discourse structure consciousness, paragraph development method, sentence cohesion and the language knowledge strategy. English writing teaching and learning put forward a feasible and effective way in senior high school. Reading-to-write in senior high school writing teaching is an effective teaching method, which brings the some positive impacts on the students' English writing. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence and function of "reading-to-write" in English teaching and its positive effect on students' English writing in senior high school. Accordingly, it reveals that reading-to-write can improve students’ comprehensive abilities.

The Effects of Reading-to-write Approach on English Writing Teaching in Senior High School

I. Introduction

English composition teaching is an important part of English teaching. In the process of teaching, English composition teaching combined with the characteristics of the new teaching materials and consciously guide students to write, which is easy to master the writing skills. This paper analyzes the problems of English writing teaching, the principles of English writing teaching, the methods of English writing teaching, the form of English writing teaching and other aspects of the system to explore the teaching of English writing.

In foreign language teaching, writing teaching has become a hot topic. Over the past twenty years, writing teaching has undergone great changes. Both in foreign countries and China, the writing teaching has made some important research achievements.

However, in our country, especially in the foreign language teaching in the high school, the writing teaching has not received much attention. Nowadays, more and more teachers have realized the important role of writing in the process of personal development and English teaching.

However, there are still many problems in the implementation of English writing teaching, so we need to explore research, especially the need for a large number of empirical studies.
