摘 要：随着对外汉语事业的不断发展，民俗文化在对外汉语教学过程中逐渐得到重视。同时，民俗文化也给对外汉语教学很深的启迪。本文首先介绍了民俗文化的定义及在对外汉语教学中的近况和不足，然后是周口民俗文化与对外汉语教学的联系，再次是周口民俗文化在对外汉语教学的重要性，最后对如何在对外汉语教学的过程中进行周口民俗文化教学提出了相应策略。本文旨在将周口民俗文化与对外汉语教学结合起来，使对外汉语教学以周口民俗文化为依托，形成具有特色的对外汉语教学，以此提升对外汉语教学的能力，从而使外国留学生能够熟练掌握知识并达到对外汉语教学的目的。

Zhou Kou Folk Culture of Teaching Chinese

As a Foreign Language Thinking

Abstract：With the continuous development of the cause of foreign language, folk culture in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language has gradually been valued. At the same time, folk culture also gives a deep enlightenment to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. In this paper, we first introduce the definition of folk culture and current situation in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and lack of, then is Zhou Kou folk culture and teaching Chinese as a foreign language, is once again the importance of Zhou Kou folk culture of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, at last, how to in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language of the folk culture and puts forward the corresponding strategies. This paper aims to combine the Zhou Kou folk culture and teaching Chinese as a foreign language, teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Zhou Kou folk culture as the basis, formed with the characteristics of Teaching Chinese as a foreign language, in order to enhance the ability of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, so that foreign students to master knowledge and achieve the purpose of teaching Chinese as a foreign language

周口民俗文化的对外汉语教学思索

前言

周口民俗文化产生于周口当地居民的日常生活当中，是具有非常独特的地方性的风俗习惯文化。让周口民俗文化渗透于对外汉语教学的每个环节之中，从而提高留学生了解和掌握地区性的文化具有非常重要的适用价值。此外，在对外汉语教学中让留学生学习具有地域特色的文化更有利于传播中华优秀文化。但是从对外汉语教学的发展程度来看，我们往往比较注重对语音、词汇、语法以及汉字的教学，而没有突出民俗文化在教学中的重要性，致使留学生对所学的知识不能很好的驾驭，在交际中出现语用的偏差。所以，加强周口民俗文化与对外汉语教学之间的联系，对于促进对外汉语教学事业的发展是十分必要的。

一、对外汉语教学中的民俗文化的近况

“‘文化’这个词，现在已经深入到社会生活的各个角落和人们的心理层面，不需要过多的解释了。”[1]民俗文化是“指一个国家或民族中广大民众所创造、享用和传承的生活文化。”[2]也就是“民间的风俗”。语言是从民俗文化中产生出来的，它能体现出民俗文化发展中所造就的深层含义。所以，民俗文化对了解和学习语言是十分必要的，而且也能让留学生更快、更好地掌握目的语。
