摘  要：随着经济社会的发展，人民生活水平的提高，人们越来越关注自己所处的环境问题，宿迁市作为一个人口580万的城市，它的城市健康、可持续发展具有重大意义。随着工业的不断发展，工业废气排放量逐渐成为环境工作者研究的对象，而空气质量问题一直是人们关注的焦点问题。2012年上半年国家出台新规定，采用AQI（空气质量指数）代替原有的API（空气污染指数）并在此基础上实施实时监控系统。本篇论文主要量化工业废气排放情况以及分行业分析工业废气排放量，使用文献研究法和描述性统计法，分析近三年宿迁市工业废气排放情况，以及研究分行业工业废气排放量，针对某些工业废气排放量高的行业结合宿迁市空气污染治理相关文件说明，明确工业废气排放量目标，确定重点减排的行业，提出了调整产业和能源结构以及工业污染防治的措施，为了能将有效的实行措施，还提出了保障措施执行的建议。

Study on Relationships between Industrial Development and Industrial Exhaust Emission in Suqian City

Abstract：With the development of economy and society, the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to their own environmental problems, Suqian City as a population of 5.8 million city, its urban health, sustainable development of great significance. With the continuous development of industry, industrial waste emissions has gradually become the object of environmental workers, and air quality has always been the focus of attention. In the first half of 2012, the state introduced new regulations, using AQI (Air Quality Index) instead of the original API (Air Pollution Index) and on this basis to implement real-time monitoring system. This paper mainly quantifies the discharge of industrial waste and the analysis of industrial emissions by industry, the use of literature research and descriptive statistical method to analyze the industrial emissions of Suqian City in recent three years, and the study of industrial emissions, Some industrial emissions of high industry combined with Suqian City air pollution control related documents that clear industrial emissions targets to determine the focus of the industry to reduce emissions, put forward to adjust the industry and energy structure and industrial pollution control measures, in order to be effective The implementation of measures, but also put forward the implementation of safeguards recommendations.

1.1研究背景

近年来，改革开放以来，我国的综合国力不断增强，经济地位逐步提升，取得了举世瞩目的成绩，但是也伴随着一系列环境问题的产生,一旦环境受到污染将会严重影响人类的正常生活，如空气、水体、声音等，一旦指标超出限定值，将会导致生态平衡失调等严重问题。随着经济社会的发展，人民生活水平的提高，人们越来越关注自己所处的环境问题。
